I can't stay enough about the staff and doctors here. They have been monitoring some calcifications for years. At my last check up they found something else. The timing was fortunate, I was able to get my mammogram immediately followed by an ultrasound and then a needle biopsy all in just a few hours. The sample came back positive for cancer and another journey began. My surgery was roughly six weeks later with an excellent surgeon and now I'm coming back for my six month post surgery mammogram. I have been very fortunate to have such great health care professionals. Reminder for all, get your regular check ups so that if there is a problem - it's a small one!
Sonographer refused to answer a simple question I asked how the baby is measuring in terms of size and I was told to ask my obgyn and that they would give me a report in 1 or 2 days. Bone densiometry and mammogram by Megan conducted. All staff encountered receptionists and technicians were friendly, welcoming, kind and gentle. Information provided in advance to prep for appointment and appointment reminders were helpful and appreciated. Facility was very clean. Minimal wait time... appointments well coordinated.
today I had appointment I took my to son to someone to take of until i get my ultrasound and I went to insight medical imaging-Lendrum and I was waiting 45 minutes and in the end she is coming telling me we don't do your ultrasound in this location we have to cancel you have to go somewhere else it was same nurse who book me for my 12 week ultrasound I was so mad how she gonna book my 12 week ultrasound in here location when already she knows they can't do it,I can't go back to this location I cancel my 19 week ultrasound I prefer to go far instead of losing my time of waiting and in the end for nothing
Today is the 3rd visit I’ve made to Lendrum Insight Imaging. From the time you enter to when the procedure you’ve had the staff are friendly and professional. I had my second biopsy in a month today and the staff were friendly, thoughtful and clearly explained every aspect. That is most appreciated when the procedure can be uncomfortable or concerning depending on what the results might be. Thank you!
Very fast, efficient, kind, gentle, warm & friendly. Will definitely make the trip for imaging in the future! So Nice to see people who obviously enjoy and are good at their vocations!
Every time we have come to Lendrum Women's Imaging we have had great service. At times the news was bad but we have always felt respected and well taken care of by concerned professionals. I appreciate the people at this site it is the one we prefer to go to. I encourage all women to go to this site. They have new machines that do not require as much compression of the breasts. They are fast with the results and they do follow up testing if required almost immediately. Results go to your doctor as soon as possible. Great work.
2 years ago i was diagnosed with cancer and never really understood how important an imaging centre is like Insight. They got me in right away for an MIR and the staff were outstanding! Last week I went for my yearly mammogram and they found a lump. It would be an understatement to say that I lost my mind with that news given that I am already a cancer survivor. The staff at Meadowlark were amazing and got me in right away. Dr. Hyde was beyond amazing. He saw the impact that this was having on my mental health and he got me in for a biopsy right away. He was so loving and caring, I cant thank him enough. What a beautiful human being. I then had to go to the Lendrum Insight for the biopsy and from the moment I arrived they knew I had bad anxiety and took care of me. Mariam was my Angel that day. She put me in a private room with my husband and never left my side until the biopsy was done. Her, Dr. Hyde and all the staff that day treated me with such care and love, and I am forever grateful. And happy to report my biopsy was clean!!! I think we often go to these places and just go in and out, and often don't realize or give them enough credit for taking such good care of us.
