MIC Medical Imaging - Tawa Centre

Don’t pay for parking before you go up to the clinic. Just remember your license plate number and parking is covered for you! I was very impressed with how quickly I was called in then escorted to the room for body scan. It is a two part procedure and both times I was taken in right away! The women were friendly but professional. I was very well taken care of.

We attended MIC Medical Imaging at the Tawa Centre today and their offices were really clean and the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant.  While the parking lot is very busy and has a charge for using the lot, MIC paid for our parking. Additional office space for rent is available in the building complex. Construction is ongoing so access/parking is currently limited and there is a detour with signs to access the lot.  There are many other businesses in this same complex, like Dynalife labs, Classic Cuts Barber and Hair Place, Pharmasave and Covenant Health Family Dental.  I wouldn't hesitate to go to this location.

A recepcionist call Janet was very rude , I was not wearing a mask , because I did not have one, she asked me in a very rude way if Did I mind to wear one? I did not appreciate her attitude or tone, then she threww back at me the health card of my daughter , very rude , prepotent and lack of manners. My first and last timeI will use this location.

I visited MIC in Tawa centre and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and made the environment feel stress free. I was pleasantly surprised I’ve been to other MIC but this one the staff was kind, and courteous.

Jessica Rocks. I just had the best patient staff experience with Jessica at the Tawa location this morning. Apparently I booked the wrong type of x-ray for my knee.. I thought I would walk in and get it done a day earlier only to find out that the procedure I need can not be completed at that location. Jessica explained everything to me about how I had to go to another location to get the correct procedure done and then over and above my expectations she called the booking desk and got me an appointment for December 3rd. She was a fun and cheerful lady and turned what could have been a disappointing morning into one that exceeded my expectations. All of the staff at this location were very friendly with smiles on their faces. You do not always find these wonderful people that enjoy there jobs like I found at Tawa MIC today.

Front staff especially this particular girl working on Feb 23/22 at 9am was very rude. I then noticed she was rude to other patients as well, the girl who was wearing glasses sitting right next to her seemed nice and probably was on Training or smthing. I think places like MIC front staff should be very helpful as the client's are usually patients so they don't know what someone is going through.

Very friendly staff. Doni performed our Ultrasound and she was amazing. Very clean facility as well

Amazing staff and service! I do flagging for a living and couldn’t get in for an ultrasound on my knee till March 2022 the last month has been so painful with work. I Talk to the amazing receptionist Jessica. Between her and Michelle from mic booking they where able to get my ultra sound moved up! I’m so great full for you lady’s and your amazing work! It’s so very much appreciated!

Love going to the MIC TAWA Center. Front desk staff is very friendly professional and welcoming. I have had 4 sessions of cortisone injections into various joints. Excellent pain relief for me and has lasted for extended periods of time. Staff very well trained and empathetic to patients suffering. Worth checking out.

Nothing good to say about the office or the ultrasound techs. They don't seem to know what they're doing. They said wait in your car we'll call you when ready then they expect you to stand around and wait for half an hour with a full bladder. Inaccurate measurements and terrible pictures. Very disappointed with the lack of skill and consideration in this clinic. Edit: I gave the clinic another try because it's such a convenient location for me. However I've continued to be disappointed. I received no information beforehand that they would have paid for my parking and the lady at the front was very rude about it. Also the other MIC clinics usually always call to give you instructions when they confirm the appointment but nobody did this and I had to look online for it myself at the last minute.
