I have done my ultrasound in this location twice now and I have both a pleasant experience. The staffs were friendly and most especially the technician. She was very skilled and witty that she managed to distract me of the process by asking questions and sharing her personal insights about being a mom which I can also relate. Am pretty sure most mom out there would also find talking about our sons or daughters a fascinating subject.  Moreover, the technician was very emphatic and made me feel comfortable with the whole process and I really appreciated it. Thank you!

I went to this location last week for a routine mammogram. The technician Katelyn took her time to explain the procedure. I expressed to her that my last mammogram was unusually painful and she made every effort to make the examination as comfortable as possible. She was a very kind and caring individual. I will for sure recommend going to see her. The front desk was cheerful and welcoming as always. Ive had a positive experience every time I go to any of the insights in the city.

I took my elderly great-uncle here a couple weeks ago. We took a walk-in appointment early in the morning. Despite the waiting room being full of people, the staff were so patient and kind towards us. My great uncle has mobility issues and we didn’t feel rushed at all getting between exam rooms. The staff also maintained excellent communication with us. They were understanding of my Uncle’s hearing impairment and took time to speak slowly to him. Thank you to this clinic for making our day easier and helping my loved-one get good care.

The US technician was extremely rude. Did not introduce herself. I was very uncomfortable during the exam. She was extremely rough and insensitive. Chastised me for being late and said I forced her to rush. I was exactly on time. It was not my fault the clinic had not received the requisition from my physician. I have had many US and never have I encountered a technician who was so rude.

I did not make an appointment as Insight said X-ray can walk in.  This was Friday afternoon after seeing my Dr. and the location was open until 8:00 pm.  I took a chance to walk in and was warmly greeted and asked all my identification then was escorted right back and told what to do and wait for technician.  I did not have to wait long before I had my X-rays and was able to leave.  Everyone I dealt with treated me very well.  I would definitely recommend this location.

Great patient care! Adrienne and Derek both made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. They go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease. X-Ray was able to get me in same day for appointment and were beyond amazing. Very compassionate team of healthcare professionals

It was my first time coming here for a right knee X-ray. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and the X-ray technician was also friendly and kind. It wasn’t busy when I had my X-ray, also the place is very nice. I would totally come back here if I ever need another X-ray

I have been coming to his location for several years. Staff sre very professional and efficient at their jobs. The technicians are vey good at making you feel comfortable specifically if you are anxious about the test you are going to have. I recommend this place to having your medical test done.

They were awesome. The Tech I had for an ultrasound was fast and very friendly.  I highly recommend going here.

The best experience I have ever had getting a ultrasound and X-ray. The technicians are amazing, receptionists are super friendly. I had to get some tests done and had to bring my 2 kids with me. The staff was so patient and understanding with them and I really apprentice that. They each came home with a pocket full of stickers and happy faces.
