One of my favorite dining experiences ever. We wanted something different for our anniversary dinner, and spokane didn’t have great ethnic options, so we decided to go here. So glad we did, all of our dishes were creative, and executed so well. Pork loin was my favorite! Wow, can’t say enough good words. We sat at the bar top overlooking the kitchen, so comfortable and not awkward at all. The bar is wide enough that it felt very professional. Best anniversary dinner ever, definitely recommend trying their current menu!
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Inland Pacific Kitchen! The service was beyond impeccable, the drinks were divine, and the food will be remembered for the next fifty years. Garden city drink was amazing! We had the steak and pork chop and cannot recommend them enough!! We asked multiple questions and the server and bartender went above and beyond to answer them. I recently had to eliminate gluten from diet and when I asked if the steak could be gluten free our server said she would asks the chefs what was possible. When our meal was brought over our server let me know that the people preparing it took the time to research to make sure the quinoa they had was gluten free. This was an example of going above and beyond and has made us life long visitors. Will recommend this place to any and everyone!!
So creative and so delicious. Every time. The chefs at Inland Pacific Kitchen are amazingly talented at making food taste good AND look good. It’s like art on a plate. The potato gnocchi was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the king oyster mushroom tartine is definitely the fanciest toast I’ve ever had. I love that their menu changes seasonally to include the freshest ingredients!
First the Chef that was creating his art in front of his was awesome to talk to. All three chefs are friendly but we just happened to get the younger guy of the three. The service here was great and the experience itself was pretty fun. We just moved here from Denver and we really enjoy restaurants that bring a whole different experience to the table. It's fun to see your food prepared and just get to talk to the people behind the magic. They make good drinks here as well.
Amazing food and great service! The atmosphere is rustic with cozy chairs scattered around. Friendly staff. Dinner Weds-Sat; Brunch Sat & Sun. Inside the WA Cracker Co. Building, which has several other local businesses. Highly recommend! The breakfast shot is a fantastic way to start brunch.
What a fantastic experience here celebrating our anniversary! My wife and I went to IPK last night and had a blast. Sam did a great job taking care of us, she was so friendly and fun. We ordered the prawns and brie from the starters, and the NY Strip and the rye parpadelle from the main courses. Everything was excellent. The dishes were creative, and plated beautifully. Cocktails were clean and bright. Ambience and decor were also wonderful. Pricing is right in line where it should be for food of this quality. We will look forward to coming back! Thank you Sam!
AMAZEBOMB! Wow, I had the bone marrow dish and it was so delicious. I've never had bone marrow before and I will definitely have it again. The staff, great people, everyone was masked up, the place is clean and the service was top notch . I'm updating the entrance to properly direct patrons to the correct entrance.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Highly recommend. We loved the atmosphere, the staff and the exhibition kitchen. The drinks were well made and the food is arguably the best in Spokane.
I haven't written a review in a while but when I visited Island Pacific kitchen I had to in all honesty I'm writing this still sitting here with my cocktails. I can't even begin to describe how well they understand flavor. The team of the two chefs, Dylan Gilbert and Chong Veng have created the best Oyster combination I've ever tasted. The citrus and the herbs match perfectly to make for the most sublime oyster you've ever tasted. If you're lucky you also get to watch them from the bar, shuck the oysters and make this come to life. We also had the bouillabaisse which had just the most exemplary bold flavors I've ever tasted in a bouillabaisse. You can tell how much love that was made with. The staff is super friendly, they check on you when your drinks are running low and make sure to give you. The best suggestions. Chad Keller was kind enough to offer us fantastic food and cocktail pairings. He found just the right herby drinks for the oysters and the robust beet cocktail to compliment the bouillabaisse. The chef was kind enough to make a dessert recommendation which I couldn't express in words so there's a photo of the poppy pudding If you only have a day in Spokane come here and make it a day to remember!!! Thank you for the lovely experience
Stopped in for happy hour 4-5:30p and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the drinks, food and staff! Beer was all from Spokane-owned breweries and food ingredients were super fresh! On HH, beer and wine were $2 off and they had a select list of cocktails and shareables! We split the mushroom tartine which I highly recommend!Dine in: Yes
