Friendly, lovely and kind service. All the staff smile and give you a good feeling!!! Very good service. Cocktails were great. Beautiful sunset view. Location was excellent!!!!!
View was very nice, they had a great gin selection and mix the drinks great. But service was very sub par. You have to wait to be seated, but no one takes you’re order. Weitor does not give you any info on ordering, when trying to get an order from the bar it takes 10 to get attention and 25 minutes to get the drinks. One guy paid and left. We finally got our drinks but only had them And then left. Very nice place but poor management, because the were well staffed. So to bad.

I wanted to try this rooftop bar since I arrived in Hamburg. The bar is very nice, with beautiful views on the lake and the sunset. You can sit inside or outside, on low and high chairs, or on sofas. They have a quite extensive carte of cocktails 15 to 18e on average. We tried a few, some were good, others less, depends on the taste. But you will be able to take instagramable pictures for sure! I will not come back, as once was enough for me, but I do recommend the experience.

Excellent service, good beer, grate views and nice music. This bar is well worth the visit. The staff is super friendly and they play cool music. I sat outside and enjoyed the view. I will definitely go back next time I am in Hamburg.

Went back and a new staff member has been absolutely amazing, several times....it's all about attitude. This guy is a gem. =========== Lovely rooftop bar with amazing views over the Alster, get there early to get an outdoor table. Service was hit and miss, I waited forever to even get a menu with several waiters passing me, probably assuming the other had taken care of me. And getting drinks or reordering took forever... Snappy comments included. I would be back, hope they improve.
Had a brilliant evening eating here. We had the Chateaubriand which was incredible, and the truffle mayo that came with the fries was delicious. We ended with a selection of different cheese that were carefully explained to us. Service was excellent, and we got to experience a beautiful sunset.
I found both music and light rather annoying, pretty loud. Drinks are okay, nothing great and a bit too pricey for what you get. Shame though, location and view are really nice and staff was super friendly and attentiveFood: 3/5
