I went there for Halloween party. honestly the only thing i liked about it was the location. very pretty and chic place. quite clean and friendly staff. however the music was awful. I had to request some songs I hate doing that however the DJ even though no one was dancing didn't change the songs. They were not good for dancing and the only reason i go to clubs is dancing lol. the drinks were good quality but little bit expensive the quantity but the music was more turn off than this. maybe there is another DJ there because I read a few reviews saying the music great there. however, I will not go there again and none of my friends who came with me there that night wont do either.
What a bunch of unprofessional clowns. Security is rude and don't know how to use discretion. I signed up for guest list, got confirmation, showed up and although I showed the robot at the door my confirmation on my phone, he insisted that he didn't have it on his list and turn down the hundreds of dollars my friends and I were intending to spend in bottle service just because they decided to penny pinch at the door. We could have easily paid the $20 admission fee but decided not to because it's the principle that matters. Don't waste your time going to this club. These people need to get their act together.
This place has a nice vibe and crowd.. I had an enjoyable first time until I went a second time. I was there celebrating my friends birthday. Around 1:30 am I walked up to the bar to ask for a glass of water. The female bartender then told me it was $10 for a bottle, I said I would like a glass of tap water. She immediately ignored my request and told me to go to the very other end of the densely crowded bar. Frustrated and thirsty I asked again, she straight out told me “no” and when I said that’s illegal in utter anger she yelled back saying “no it’s not, I legally don’t have to serve you water until after 2am” I was in such shock at being treated so badly when I had done nothing to be refused service. I then walked away and told one of my male friends what had happened. Within a minute he had approached the same bartender and brought me back a glass of tap water. Never want to bring friends or family to this club just because of that rude girl at the bar. I could have been really drunk and needed water, that is just not right. She probably just wanted a tip for a sale and didn’t want to waste time giving me tap water for free. Still unacceptable The management needs to retrain staff on how to be polite and interact with people properly. Such rudeness and no broughtupsy .
great venue for a show. impressive laser display, and amazing sound system. definitely hope this place hosts some more shows! exceeded my expectations. I also love the location, very easy to get to.
Showed up at 11:20pm and there was about 6 other people at the club not including my friends.. the cover was $30 more than what you'd usually pay downtown. The bartender said it would pick up by midnight so we waited until 12am, at which point there was maybe about 10 more people that showed up. At midnight in a club there dance floor was empty with the exception of one couple who knew how to make their own fun. Kind of upset and confused we decided to go to McDonalds to kill some time and come back when it was hopefully more busy but the security said if we left we wouldn't be able to come back in, at which point I asked "why were we given bracelets to indicate we paid?" He proceeded to just repeat himself, so we left. **TLDR** The convenience of location didn't outweigh the lack of ambience, people or etiquette, would avoid unless desperate ‍
Went to an event there last summer only to be greeted by the door to overzealous, unprofessional security personnel. Was violated and when I complained about the incident, security said to me I couldn't enter the establishment. SMH. It's unfortunate because I've been there on numerous occasions prior to that incident and I had an amazing time. They should be a lot more professional and respectful to patrons.
I went to this club for this Halloween, we got a table with couple of friends ,the serving staff for the tables were very unprofessional, They drank with the guests and ended up smoking cigarettes inside the bar!!!! yes! inside , just in the middle of dancing floor. The toilets got out of papers and no replacement happened, it was really messy and dirty with no toilet paper.
We were participating in a "Glow Party" event, which was supposed to include distributed glow sticks and wrists bands. Nope. None of the was available to us. Club was not letting anybody in at 10 pm, as they were advertising, so we were waiting almost 1.5 hours in the car because the line up was brutal, and with subzero temperatures, we were not too keen on freezing our feet in a stilletos. Place was nicely decorated, you could find a place to sit, staff was ok, music was not too bad, but the amount if drunk girls, guys that should be escorted into safety was staggering. It is not a place I would recommend to the girls night out. Bring a guy with you, just to be on a safe side. I did not feel safe to be honest. If you like rubbing against random people on the dancefloor and pay $9 for tiny can of Corrona, go ahead. But myself I will definitely not go back.
The Atm was not in service, staff at front for cash was unhelpful and unprofessional. Told me to leave my phone in an aggressive tone when I offered to leave my ID. Would rate less than one star for such an unprofessional first line representative service. 100% would not recommend this venue.
Very impressed with their karaoke room! Good atmosphere, good drinks, good food, and the room even had a bathroom so we didn't have to leave . Once we lost our voices, we opened the door to another party! had a great time!!!
