IHOP

So this is a review of all the times I've gone here. It's usually very busy and the wait staff seem very overwhelmed and stressed. The food I've gotten each time hasn't been bad per se, but it's usually very greasy and the philly cheese steak has the texture of a sandwich that was microwaved to reheat it. I used skip the dishes to deliver one time, and upon picking up a crepe, there was enough oil that it was dripping off of it. I think I had one experience that was good there, which is why I wanted to keep giving this place a chance, but after a number of bad experiences in a row, the most recent one actually making me and my husband physically sick, I don't think I'll be going again.

Philly cheesteak made with processed cheese at a price of 14 dollars with a poor poutine. Very small serving size for price. The sliders were served with hard old buns, twice after sending back once. Wifes omlette was served with burnt hash browns on the inside. If food is worth the price i do not mind paying top dollar, but this was not worth it at all. I will not be taking my family back again.

The pancakes and bacon I had were very nice and the coffee was good. Waited around 15 mins to pay but got bored so paid at the register and waitress missed out on tip. All in all though it was a pleasant dining experience.

Pretty good food, great service! Feels like a big chain. The maple syrup is definitely not the real thing. But it's a good choice if your in the area. So three stars is good.

My order was screwed up 2x via skipthedishes however the manager Patricia was very kind and not only fixed it ASAP she also gave me coupons and a little extra food :D 10/10 service Managers like this are what makes a business enjoyable and she is by far one of the friendliest people ive had the pleasure of dealing with.
