McDonald's

Very disappointed all around. Communication at the drive through window was a mess, items were missing. When calling the store the manager was the furthest thing from helpful and sounded very condescending. When asking for a refund for an item I paid for but did not receive they told me that they cannot do that and can only offer to replace the item missing. I explained to them that I am not interested in coming back their business and a free item isn’t enough to get me to come back. I was told I am out of luck. Would not recommend.

I am absolutely shocked with this location — and not in a good way. Not only are their prices skyrocketing, but they have now eliminated free soda refills. FREE REFILLS. A practice so standard, so universally expected, that every other fast food chain and sit-down restaurant — Earls, Moxies, The Keg, you name it — does it without a second thought, because who would be that cheap??nnA refill costs the restaurant

I went in at around 6-7 pm and spent around 15 bucks on a quarter pounder meal. They gave me a single mac instead. This infuriated me. On top of it, they gave me a bun with cheese! You'd think that would be the end but no, the fries tasted like starch. Better yet, there was a guy yelling at me from the drive thru telling me it's a drive-thru not a walk-thru. The atmosphere was amazing, they even had tiki phonk playing. 5 star for that.

Okay I got to give credit for servers. Some of the people that work there that are there. Every single day are so friendly. They just make you smile on a miserable day. They're regular workers. They know who they are. They're friendly at the windows. They just go the extra mile or two to say. Have a good day. Something about the dogs and the car and it makes you just feel like you got a connection to somebody in the day

I travel all over Ontario- Alberta alot. And I really liked this McDonald's ,I came here with my 4y old , the play place has a lot of space to sit unlike other play places over Canada , the place was clean, the workers were nice, when I came I was the only costumer, but than people didn't stop to show up, the washrooms were clean, the employees followed the instructions of the coffee & ice cream muffin I ordered.nnI recommend this McDonald's, thank you :
