Yes oh yes yes yes my IHOP so very very satisfying place I enjoyed breakfast the other day and me and my wife had the joy of our day off the hook whatever you do find your way over IHOP you will not be disappeared I guarantee it worthwhile investment TimeWise and from the budget stay encouraged and have a great experience Bad to the Bone

Waiter was very SLOW with everything we ordered from drinks to food. But he was very busy making sure the next table had what they wanted as fast as possible. We were there for 10 minutes before the other table but they had their drinks & food well before us. Because they all spoke Spanish.Food: 4/5

Spent an hour between trying to order online and talking on the phone with the people who work here. Had to repeat several times what order was and got put on hold 3 separate times. Was finally getting somewhere and their card machine was apparently not working, got put on hold again for a manager. Got put on hold while card was processing and then hung up on. The people here know nothing about customer service or how to do their jobs. Could not be more frustrated with the service received. Do not give this location your money or time. Pathetic. Never even got my food.

at the Norton shores location the manager was extremely rude to a customer right in front of us as we were waiting to be seated. The customer asked for change for a $20 bill so he could tip his waitress, the manager said “we are not a bank” and that he “shouldn’t have to give him change” but then proceeds to go and get him change. Customer said to his waitress at that point he feels like they don’t deserve a tip but didn’t wanna take it out on his waitress because the manager had such a bad attitude. Clearly someone wasn’t taught if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say it at all. Don’t work in food service if you can’t serve your customers without giving them a bad attitude. I’d recommend ihop re-evaluate who they have leading their staff because it seems they are not much of a leader at all.

When we first walked in, there was a weird smell to the place. We thought maybe it would go away, but it remained the whole time we were there. Still no idea what that was. Waitress was very nice and did a very good job. She was actually the best part of this whole visit. If it weren't for her, I'd rate this place a one. Husband ordered bacon omelet. Was disappointed with the amount of bacon which looked to be at most 2 pieces crumbled up. However, he said it did taste okay. Grandson ordered chicken tender and fries. Those were good. I ordered the breakfast platter. The eggs tasted awful. Idk how to explain it. The sausage links were luke warm at best, hashbrowns were dry and the blueberry pancakes were fairly good. Husband used the bathroom and said they were out of paper to dry your hands after washing. There was also a poster on that bathroom stating that the bathroom is to be checked every hour by an employee. I would imagine for cleanliness and stock We sat at a booth table, and looking to the wall right next to us we could see that it was dirty with multiple residual drink splatter from guests before us. So...it wasn't all bad, but we will not visit this establishment again. Hoping your visit will be better than ours!!

There were about 9 customers in the whole restaurant and atleast 4 employees working. The employees made sure to take their time doing anything. Every part of our visit took forever except the eating part. When I came time to pay the girl at the counter couldn't cash us out because she wasn't our server, we had to stand and wait while 2 others could have cashed us out. Just annoying is all

Please don’t eat here. The health department needs to get on top of this place ASAP. My glass of OJ had a smear of someone’s greasy chapstick or lipgloss on the rim. My spoon had old crusty food stuck it. The plate my food came out on had crusty crud stuck to the outer rim. Just gross and no excuse. My server was embarrassed and apologetic but I had to say “thank you, but no thank you” I left without eating.

They got my order wrong. My wife's hashbrowns were cold. My sons pancakes were cold. My orange juice didn't come out until my food was almost gone. They never told us they weren't accepting coupons on the particular day. I'm missing more things. The only reason I'm not giving it a 1 star is that the food was presentable and edible.

Very slow service. They had a line of customers waiting for tables and just standing waiting we saw 4 open tables. When we finally got seated 30ish min wait we got sat towards the back and saw about 8 open tables in that area. Barely any tables were seated but there was still a line of people waiting to be seated. It did not make sense to us at all. Food was mediocre as usual but we wanted breakfast in the afternoon and this is about the only option. If your in a hurry I suggest you try a different place

It was IHOP. Highly recommend the jalapeno fried chicken sandwich. Also loved the onion rings, nice and thick. Overall great time.Food: 5/5
