Buffalo Wild Wings

I don’t know if I got the end of the sauce or something but I got very disappointed when I opened up my wings tonight. For one I ordered 10 wings and I got 5 of the smallest honey barbecue wings that also weren’t coated in sauce very well and then I opened these Parmesan Garlic and I got plenty wings but so little sauce I paid $51 for my order and it’s sad that this is what I got.. not to mention I don’t live entirely close enough either to just drive back. I’m severely disappointed with how this turned out..

I am so disappointed on my order. I paid $94 and my parmesan garlic chicken barely had any sauce on it. The other items where fine but I ordered parmesan garlic I expect it to be layered like they always do plus they jam packed in the little container. Usually they put in a plastic container with alot of sauce. Buffalo Wildwings I'm sorry but but for that price I have to go elsewhere.

Normal atmosphere for sports bar. Our server did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. Food was good I needed to request extra sauce for my chicken because most of them had none on it but the food was hot.Food: 5/5

We were treated so poorly and lied to from the GM about a refund. My family went here awhile ago and we waited for an hour for someone to take our order. When our food came out it was cold, the wings were as hard as a rock with little to no sauce on them. We asked for the manager and were told there wasn't one available after waiting for 45 minutes. We were spoke to the GM and were told that a gift card would be mailed to us. After two weeks I called because we hadn't received it. I spoke to the GM again and was told that one was being sent out and still didn't receive it, so I called back again after a week and he said he was sending it out as we spoke on the phone. I have yet to receive this gift card. I spent over $100.00 at this restaurant and this is the type of service and food they offer. Not to mention that the GM was only willing to give us a gift card for $50.00 after we had spent over $100.00. I'm not sure how they stay in business when they treat customers this way.

Was pretty busy so food took awhile. Service was OK but nothing to write home about. Overall good meal but nothing to make it a wow experience. Had to request refills where our usual experience has been that servers were just on it. Did appreciate the buy 10 get 10 wings and the dirty tots appetizer didn't last long with our group.

Tianna was our server. She was amazing. From the time we sat down til the time we left she was phenomenal. The best service I have had at your establishment. Her personality, hospitality, her kindness, the list goes on. My father in laws birthday was today and she topped his birthday this evening. Thank you again Tianna for an amazing dinner with my father in law.

Our server was great, the appetizers were great tasting but the portions have been shrinkflated heavily. Our wings on the other hand sucked bad. They were cold when we got them, and they are different meat then i had last time i went here 2 years ago. Wings are not even worth stopping in for. It to me is more of a bar/ appetizer spot. If you got the money. Server did remove some money off our bill so i am greatful for that. She was a good worker and obviously has no control over ingredients or what the food taste like. Bdubs is not bdubs anymore. If you want good wings go to Hanks Tavern they make this places wings look like ones you warm up from the freezer. Shoot pizza hut has better wings than bdubs now lol. Not impressed.

I've been here a few times over the past 10 years Safe location. The food is average. Definitely not a place that I would go to again.Food: 3/5

Been to other BWWs locations around the Midwest and found them to be a nice place to grab a bite to eat. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was the temperature was quite chilly given that it was about 40° outside. Told our server about it and she informed us the manager insisted on keeping the temperature cool inside. Didn't understand the rationale for that unless they were having trouble paying their heating bills. Food was just okay so unfortunately we won't be going back to this BWWs again.

It’s Buffalo Wild Wings. If you’re looking for good food, beer, and sports it’s the place to be. Typically it’s not to crowded and plenty of screens. The location is great right by the mall and just about anything else you could want. Appearance: this establishment has always been clean when I’ve been there. Tables, bathroom, bar, and floors are always clean. Service: typically service is great. Sometimes you run into the lunch rush or other times the kitchen falls behind but it happens. Today I had a guy see being bar side who was great. I was impressed by how busy he was and still made time to check in and make sure we had everything multiple times. Experience: Not a bad place to just eat but definitely a great place to watch some games and enjoy yourself. I’d recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to everyone and I’d definitely recommend this location!
