Good burgers and fries. Service is usually good. Milk shakes are good and the bathrooms are normally clean. Only thing I wish was that the prices were a little lower, there are other places in Muskegon with just as good burgers and fries for less, they are competitive and I understand not everything can be cheap, but 1 hamburger, 1 fry and a milk shake - thats +$20, when you have a family of 4 it makes a difference.
Definitely did not ask for my burgers to be pink, they were actually a Lil more red then pink but the pictures don't do it justice, then had to deal with a Hassell to get my 46$ back,Food: 1/5
The burger was delicious! I’m not a fan of the fries though. Just my personal preference. More expensive than I had expected. Bdubs is cheaper. Lol. Again, the burger was big and extremely delicious! No complaints! Very filling!Recommended dishes
This use to be my favorite spot. Now the service is laughable but the biggest complaint that I have is that I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, no drink just burger and fries. It cost me $18.00! I understand inflation but get real. The food is really good though.
It's Five Guys. Great burgers, fries, and shakes, and you pay for it. Really nice customer service when we visited. Get the Unwich to use lettuce instead of bun and you feel a little healthier. Fun self-serve Coke product machine. Do NOT go if you have a peanut allergy.Food: 5/5
This restaurant has really good burgers and I think the french fries are the best item on the menu. Having the fries with malt vinegar is very delicious. There are Five Guys restaurants all over and if you're in the mood for a good burger then I would recommend stopping here. This location had very friendly staff and they were ensuring that the restaurant was clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the Muskegon area.
Place has consistently gone down hill, last time we were there it was about 50° inside to the point everyone was eating with their winter jackets on. They don't greet you anymore and the prices are absolutely outrageous. Cost $60 for 2 hot dogs, 2 burgers, 1 large fry, and 2 drinks. No longer recommend this place to others.Food: 4/5
Always a tasty burger served up here. Fries were hot and fresh. Plus this place serves great milkshakes. Only down side is that it’s so stinking expensive. My bacon cheeseburger was $8.95, and that DIDN’T come with fries add $2.95 for small or a drink add another $2+
If you want a bag of frys and a bomb burger this is the place. It’s like Mr.quicks but better imo. Large verity of toppings with a large burger. This locations layout suppressing has a lot of room for guest. The food was cooked well and the customer service was great. Overall I look forward to coming back.
Great place to for getting fresh burgers and fries. Prices are little expensive. However, the simple menu and fresh made food is worth it. 04-02-2018 update review. After not eating here for quite awhile, we have stopped in to eat. For not being busy, this place could use a good cleaning. The food was hot and fresh like normal and the Coca Cola Freestyle Machine is great for getting a bunch of Coca Cola products you like.
