Red Lobster

Wow. You would think service would be a priority, but not here. We waited 40+ minutes for our food, and then they sent mine out on a plate that was dirty. Totally ruined our night. My girl loves this place, but our experience tonight was bad.

We went out on a Friday night about 6:30 and it was super quiet without a wait but the roads were pure Ice. We sat at the bar to dine in and had a great time joking with the bartender! I suggest trying their holiday martini! I was surprisingly good!! Their new Cheddar Bay Shrimp and Dip are SO YUMMMM!! Thanks to the bartenders suggestion to try those as well!! I do hope they keep them on their menu!! We thoroughly enjoy the welcoming atmosphere here after a long work week!!

My husband and I ordered calamari to start, the bar harbor lobster bake for our main dish in photo, I had iced tea with peach flavor to drink, and we shared the chocolate wave cake for dessert and boy was that cake GOOD. It was all excellent, I would come back for sure! And on top of that, our server Collette was just AMAZING. You don't see customer service like that too often nowadays. I'm sure the rest of the crew are great, too. 10/10 experience.

Went to the Muskegon Red Lobster around 7:30 there was a brief wait so they could get us a booth which was no biggie. We got the stuffed mushrooms like always. They were good however it seemed like they were swimming in some sort of oil or butter. We also ordered the Crab stuffed Rangoons and I wouldn’t get them again. No flavor and one side of them seemed to be way over done close to the point of being burnt. I got Alfredo with scallops instead of shrimp and my sauce was really runny and not much flavor. My husband got the steak and shrimp. Steak was good he said however there was a fair amount of grizzle unfortunately. Shrimp was okay. Biscuits had great flavor but seemed to be coated with too much butter and even looked greasy. Our waiter was AWESOME!!! I gave him a good tip because for the fact that he was Wonderful and what came out of the kitchen was out of his control. This is the second time we have been there in 6 weeks or so and both times the restaurant was Not even close to being busy. We were both disappointed and most likely won’t be back again anytime soon. It just seems like the quality of food isn’t what it use to be which probably explains why it’s not busy anymore. Parking: Easy parking

We hosted a family birthday dinner for our daughter - ten of us. Made a reservation, and they already had our tables ready when we arrived. Logan took wonderful care of us, and the food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. Everybody left full and happy, so that says something.

Food is always delicious! Love coming here for my birthday. We came at a good time too, even with covid, we were able to get a table right away without reservations.

Good food. Good waitress. Very kind and even brought my mom extra biscuits to go. Otherwise, she was going to stuff some in her purse. *Shaking my head ‍ It's good to go early to beat the crowd. Had endless shrimp. The Walt's fried shrimp is very salty. The scampi, coconut shrimp, and linguine are the best. I laughed when Mom dipped the coconut shrimp in the colada sauce. She said, "it tastes like cake!" Yes, yes it does. So good... I could eat that colada sauce with a spoon

Place was busy .. sat at the bar. Food was great bartenders were amazing .great conversation Parking: Have no problem getting in but parking was packed took a few mins to find a spot
