These guys are awesome! Being new to the sport i don't know much. The advice and honest recommendations are great. I now have a bike i love to ride and explore on. Thanks guys for being so patient and answering all my many questions. I'm an Ideal Bikes girl for life!

Ross & Harrison got my commuter back on the road and were great to deal with. They solved mechanical issues that were beyond my wrenching, clearly laid out options & pricing, and then checked and double-checked their repair work. Highly recommended!

Ross and staff have been more than helpful friendly and honest with any dealings I have had with them. They have made recommendations for less costly options than I was looking at and have even order equipment they do not carry. I have and will continue to direct people to them if interested in cycling As far as having "pricey" components people must remember they primarily carry one manufacturer and like all retailers there comes a expectation that the retailer will be selling their components
