Came here today for my international driver license, service was fast, 5 star. Staff is highly knowledgeable, and be on the customer's side. I would recommend BCAA Solo District to anyone.

International Driving Permit done in a few minutes. Kind, polite, and very efficient.

I went in on a weekday and the wait was horrendous. They had 3 people in, but only 1 person was at the counter. I was 2nd in line and it took 45 minutes before I was speaking to someone to renew my car insurance. Do not recommend coming here for a auto insurance renewal.

Love this BCAA location. Was provided friendly, professional and quick service on auto insurance, tenant insurance and getting an international driver license for a trip overseas. Dealt with two experienced reps, and they were both awesome.
