At first they were great... then I canceled my home insurance and they took more money from me after i had canceled because they "only canceled my account, not the banking side" , And also told me its only pending on their side while its clearly out of my bank account. I'm waiting for my money to be returned. It's going on a month and the insurance person dealing with me isn't answering my phone calls. Every other company sending me refunds has promptly sent my money. Not impressed at all And will not be coming to you for future needs. UPDATE: I finally got money and you put 2 Names joint on my check. My previous roommate is NOT on my bank account and not sure why you would even add her name when all the only came from MY bank account.. I now cannot even cash my checks. Are you guys dense?

I spent almost $1000 on a gold level insurance policy for my brand new Ski Doo Snowmobile. I contacted them to make sure everything was correct after making the quote and paying for it online. I was then told I needed additional liability Which I already paid through ICBC BY LAW. This is completely false and inaccurate information. I then tried to add it to my policy, and was passed around through 3 different people that did not even know how to adjust my policy. I simply wanted to pay them for the additional clause. I then got a few random emails asking me to re-start the quote. I also got a copy of my policy sent to me with the WRONG NAME attached to it. It was my policy and they somehow put my mothers name on it. FINALLY, four days later, I was transferred to a lady that gave me correct information. God forbid I ever have to make a claim. We will see how it goes. Perhaps think twice about insuring your toys through CapriCMW.

Went in to the penticton branch recently. Staff were blatantly ignoring current masking requirements. I felt so uncomfortable I left and took my business elsewhere. There was only 1 out of 6 staff members wearing a mask and while I was there multiple staff members were within a foot of each other. Called worksafe bc and was told this was clearly not allowed. Asked them why they were not wearing masks, said doing what their management said was ok.

My experience has been this... They quoted me almost $4400/yr for home insurance which I took to 5 other places who all gave me between $1000-1200 for the same thing. All 5 saw their quote and coverage levels were way off from my needs - which in my opinion I expect them to fulfill as part their fiduciary duty and insurance agency responsibilities.
