Story

Our staff team is trained to provide custom fittings to determine the proper athletic or orthopedic footwear. We are dedicated to individually analyzing your bio mechanics, determining your needs and objectives, and then custom fitting you in the appropriate footwear.

One of the best shoe stores around the HRM! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are very helpful in finding the right fit for you! They also have a donation bin to give your old shoes away to someone in need. Be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes to an hour or so trying on shoes especially if you have wide feet. I went back to try and get new sneakers a year later, and still had wonderful customer service. Unfortunately as the seasons change, they do not have as much in stock, but did promise to check to see if they could make a special order and even send them to Cape Breton for a shipping fee of $15. Amazing

Visited this location on Sept.16th to get some new insoles for my work shoes, guy on the floor didn't hesitate in helping me looked up my file and got my exactly what I needed. Jennifer also helped me with all my questions regarded my interest in getting custom orthotics and how to go about do just that, plus she gave my a bunch of coupons for 20 % off shoes/sneakers, can't get much better service then that, what super friendly staff! Awesome job guys, I'd highly recommend this place of your in need of some much needed pampering for your tender tootsies peeps!
Absolutely wonderful experience working with Andrew today, he was so knowledgeable and patient answering questions. Tried on nearly 10 pairs of runners trying to find the right pair, and he was fabulous about anticipating our needs, and we didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy a certain pair. Can't recommend shopping here enough! Thanks Andrew!
My husband called earlier in the day looking for a specific size and width of dress shoe and was told to come in because you had what he was looking for. He gets there and the same young man who spoke to him over the phone admitted that he didn't have the product but that he thought the leather would stretch. Stretch to a 4 extra wide? Preposterous and unprofessional.
