Dont pay the money for Birkenstock. Mine came unglued after 10 or so uses. Didn't buy them at this store, but I reported it to the manufacturer, and they blamed it on me. Don't waste your money on these high priced sandals...

Great customer service! I bought a pair of boots in November and by March one of them were falling apart. I brought them into the store and they looked up when I had bought them via my phone number. They got me a new pair from the back of the store and took my old ones to damage them out. No questions asked and I didn't pay anything :)

Ordered shoes online and had to return them as I got the wrong ones. Something they do not tell you is when you order the shoes and it comes with an invoice - keep the invoice cause they will not return them without it... even if you have the orignal proof when you bought them . Luckly I got an amazing person to help me in store. Allie was her name. She got it all figured out!
