The Hubbards part is great. The beach part is great. The campground is mediocre for tenters. I expect that tenting is rare at this place, and most sites are long term it seems (RVs with patios and whatnot.) I'm sure it's a nice community, but that community isn't reading the google maps reviews. Facilities were adequate, but the $40 for one night at an unserviced site is earning a generous 3 stars.

This campground is fine    4 stars Like they say narrow uneven pavement long walk to the beach but nice that's it On the other hand a group of 
inconsiderate  campers. Right next to us a part of three trailers  or so being very loud blasting their radio till 1:00 am. That is totally rude 
  I do not want to complain to the others  hopping others  will

Bottom line 5 hours of sleep.     
                   We are here to tour the city. And be relax when we come back
Not peacefully.  Hey it's 8:00 am should I  be loud and blast our horn

BEST PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN. The owners are Fantastic!!!!! Beautiful beach. and Shore Club Lobster suppers are a must

The park is very clean. The staff were very friendly and kind. The sites are very small which detracts from privacy and the overall Camping experience. Music and partying in neighbouring campsites went on well into the morning which detracts from the enjoyment of staying at this campground.

A little pricey for a tent site 40$ inc. Taxes. Washroom looks old but are functional. Nice fish'n chip for the price, fries could be better.
Situated in a cute little town and near the trail. They have free wifi in the campground.
