Comfort Suites Airport

My family (2 adults, 3 kids) arrived late (11:00 p.m.) We specified in the notes on our reservation that we would be late and there was no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes. We rang the bell and called the number that was on the front desk but there was no answer. We thought there may have been a medical emergency so we were about to call 911 when a front desk person walked quickly in from the entrance saying she just got called in to work. We weren't sure what that meant but we were too tired to question it further than asking what happened. She was nice and apologized. We got to the room and the hide a bed had no bedding on it so the front desk person brought some up and we had to make the bed. We slept pretty good. Overall, it was pretty clean but there were brown splatters on the inside of the bathroom door. Gross. We probably won't stay there again.

Excellent place to stay! Very clean, quiet, and well maintained modern hotel. We had all of the amenities pool, spa, sauna, and shuttle at a very reasonable price. Personal were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selections were great. It was self serve with a large variety of choices.

For one I'm the maintenance engineer there but that's not the reason. I've stayed there several times now and the rooms are well taken care of thanks to the fabulous staff, awesome GM, great head housekeeping and staff, friendly front desk staff who will go out of there way to make your stay the best stay possible, and of course my part keeping everything as fresh and new as it was when it was first built. At least to the best of my ability. The rooms are all big suites with large comfy beds, good size frig, micro, coffee etc etc. A Hotel worth staying and always returning.

Only stayed one night, but the staff was extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I requested extra linens when I booked online, and they made sure I had them and checked if I needed anything else. Very welcoming. Comfortable bed. I wish the TV was slightly bigger/updated. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Checked in late to the hotel. There was mold on the shower curtain. Then went to get into bed...... HAIRS HAIRS and MORE HAIRS. So nasty, it was so very ovbious that the sheets had not been changed. $160??? and they can't even have clean sheets? Won't be back here, disappointed. However the staff members were friendly.
