Holiday Inn Express Boise-University Area

It was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was courteous. It had a large beautiful place to eat or relax in the lobby. The breakfast was superb. I give it a 4 just because the pool is outside and the fitness area was small.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. The breakfast was ample with decent hours on the weekends. The rooms were quiet and roomy. And the location was very close to downtown Boise.

The holiday inn express has been absolutely amazing! Leanna has been amazing and so has Andrew! Ive been shuttled wherever i have wanted to go this week and they do it happily! Great experience! Highly recommend!

I would give this hotel a five-star rating on any other occasion because it's a beautiful hotel and has a great staff but there were a few things that impacted a perfect score this past visit. Out of two computers in the lobby, only one worked and I needed the use of a computer with a printer. Next, the television remote control has an awful five-second delay between changing channels and you have to manually type in each channel you want to view, you can't use the upward or downward arrow. Lastly, the amazing breakfast should start early enough to accommodate the business clients who leave early to catch the first flights. 7am is really considered late. On a good note, this hotel is directly across the street from amazing restaurants, is clean and cozy and they have what I consider a therapy cat. A beautiful black cat stays in their court yard and is incredibly friendly. Kudos for the rescue! I look forward to giving 5 stars next time.

Close to university and only a mile or so from the downtown Boise. Fair rates considering location. Good sized and clean rooms. Decent continental breakfast selection.
