Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boise West - Meridian

Horrible. My family went down there for a funeral in January and found bug!! I have a 6 month old baby and took her pack in play and sure enough we found about 6 bugs in there. And to this day, we have them through out our ENTIRE HOUSE! Told the staff and they said they need a picture left the big on the on the dresser and STILL THEY DID NOTHING. Now I had to by all new bedding for the ENTIRE house and are still fighting them. Not once have we ever had anything like this happen. Our $400 stay is now costing us over 1,000. Thank you for bug and harming my new born baby!!!

The property is pretty much what you would expect, but the staff was impressive. I was blown away by the service Anna provided during breakfast. She was kind, attentive, hard working, and most importantly, she went above and beyond standard service levels.

Great hotel! Clean, comfy bed and very upscale and modern. It is a little difficult to get here, and I know my way around!! Though, with the road construction, they did have huge, well lit signs, pointing the way to the Holiday Inn. Thanks for that! The fan blew the WHOLE time. It never stopped. That was a bit irritating. Tho, I was only there to sleep. Didn't hang out in the room. They have a fun looking, 24 hour pool but didn't get a chance to use it. And didn't get to eat breakfast here. I will definitely be back if I need to stay in a hotel again.

Hotel was great. Front desk clerks were awesome. Only downfall was hearing the semis on the freeway as they passed by.

Kind of a back road to get there, but is a nice hotel. Things are clean, staff is very kind. Fresh cookies are set or every evening and pool lid open 24/7.
