Hotel Travelodge Quebec

Had to find lodging due to weather cancellations. Was staying in olde Quebec but this was the only available spot open at 11 pm.nService was very good.nThe rooms, while not the best, certainly were welcomed in à pinch.nVery affordable especially at last minute.nWould stay again.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience , we had a group of 15 kids and 4 adults we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated at the breakfast while they an empty section and after all that kids only had eggs because their croissant and waffles plates were empty waiter kept saying they will be ready soon which never happened. We had to pay full price for them and when we complained their compensation made no sense. We had to pay 12$ per kid and 22$ per adult the most expensive eggs plate we ate in our life. In the room you find one small shampoo for 4 persons and it takes for ever to take the elevator. Do not recommend

We stayed here with my wife, and the when i turned the pillow i saw some stains on the pillow. There were small red stains which could have been the blood stains.nI went to lobby and told the receptionist and she gave me a new one. She told me that she will leave a note so they will follow up.nNext morning when i wanted to check out I asked the other receptionist to see what was the status of the follow up. To my surprise, he had no idea.nI talked to the manager and she said she will leave a note. They did not anything to make it up with me.nI was really shocked that they did not care and pretended that i was nothing unsual.

We had a wonderful stay at the travelodge! Easy parking, 30 minutes away from the city center by car, next to the highway but tucked away enough so it's not noisy. Large clean room with a giant window. The staff was fantastic, we had to stay an extra night and they were all so helpful.nThe only bad thing I would say is the breakfast. Very limited options and 20 canadian dollars per person, might the the most overpriced breakfast I ever had.nOther than that, we had a perfect stay. Totally recommend!

Hotel is a bit isolated and a bit dated but the rooms are big and clean and the staff are lovely. We went into the old town by bus which takes approx 30 mins and was very straightforward. The staff gave us all the directions needed to get into the old town of quebec which is stunning
