If you’re considering staying at this so-called “hotel,” let me stop you right there—don’t. Unless you enjoy being insulted, sleeping in filth, and dealing with a staff that clearly don’t care about the customer service, find somewhere else.nnLet’s start with the staff, who managed to redefine rudeness. They not only dismissed every legitimate concern we had. Yes, you read that right—they even were rude to my kids. Their behaviour was not only unprofessional but downright disgraceful, a true reflection of how poorly this place is run from top to bottom.nnThe rooms? Dirty, dysfunctional, and reeking of neglect. The bathroom in my first room literally flooded, and when I asked to be moved, the staff interrogated me like it was somehow my fault. “How many times did you flush the toilet?” they asked, as if basic plumbing wasn’t their responsibility. But wait, it gets worse. When they finally arrived to “clean up,” they used filthy, murky water to mop the bathroom floor, spreading the stench and germs everywhere. When I kindly asked for clean water, the employee shrugged and said, “I don’t know how to do it.” I wish I was joking. This level of incompetence not acceptable in a hotel - it’s not funny when you’re the one stuck living through it.nnThe management is no better. And apparently, we’re not the only ones to notice some other guests had issues with their bathroom and raised to the hotel.nnFrom the filthy rooms to the rude, untrained staff and management’s utter inability to meet even the lowest customer expectations, this place is a cautionary tale of what happens when neglect becomes a business model. Spare yourself the misery—sleep in your car, camp in the woods, or simply stay home. Anywhere would be better than this disgrace of a “hotel.”
We stayed a total of 5 nights.nnUpon arrival we did have to get them to change our bedsheets and comforter as there was some sort of black stuff on the bed.nnThere was continental breakfast in a lovely middle dining area. But I would say don’t come starving as there are not a ton of options to choose from.nnWe chose the hotel for the price, as it was more affordable than others we had looked at. We would stay again just based on price and location.nnOverall, wasn’t a bad stay and it was not a far drive to get downtown. It was hard to see the location as it was somewhat tucked behind a shell + what looks to be a shut down coffee shop.nnPool looked lovely, we ended up being too busy to enjoy it!!
DO NOT stay here if you are staying for a hockey tournament... Or plan on just enjoying your stay.nnFriday night:nYou cannot sit quietly. If you rent a conference room in the basement away from all rooms they kick you out for making any noise.nThey asked us to leave and after negotiating to finish our meal in the common area. The cops were called on us, wasting Quebec city tax payers money. We were just sitting and having pizza.nnSaturday:nWe got back from the tournament at 7pm and decided to sit at the common area again. Staff told us we can stay and at 9 pm to keep our voices down.nnOur team did so, as it was only the adults, kids were playing video games in the rooms since they couldn't do anything anywhere.nnAt around 11pm, we see 6-8 cops come towards us with a lady in a trenchcoat and was extremely rude telling us we need to go to our rooms or get kicked out .nnOne of the parents tried to get more information and was taken away in handcuffs in front of the family for voicing her opinion .nnI stood outside my room with other parents and the lady along with the cops told each if us in front of our rooms to get in or get kicked out.nnI was alone with my son so I didn't start to argue. So I did what they said but I want to make everyone aware that this hotel is wasting tax payers money to call the police multiple times on paying customers for nothing. If we were destroying property I would understand.nnAfter going to a few tournaments around Quebec , this was the worst thing that has ever happened to us.nnPlease consider going somewhere else.
Great place to stay. Rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. They have a nice outdoor pool, free parking, and breakfast is included in the stay. It has beautiful high ceiling with large sunroof panels and lots of beautiful plants, which gives an outdoor vibe despite being indoors. It's located at a very convenient location, close to shops, malls, restaurants, and gas station.
Just got back from a 2 night stay for a hockey tournament ….. where do I begin ….. i will start by saying after my experience I will not stay at this hotel AGAIN.nThe layout of this hotel is HORRIBLE , I was shocked to see rooms in the main lobby area and in common area which may I add serves breakfast at 7AM… , the hotel has 3 floors that overlook this common area so unfortunately anywhere your room is located you will hear noise. They have rooms in basement for those who like to sleep in the lower ground floor. Maybe those would be the best rooms to stay in if you really had no choice to stay at this hotel .nAt night you hear people gathered together because they have no conference room to accommodate big groups and in the morning 7am you hear people gathered in the common area having breakfast. They do make you hang out in the common area but once 10 pm approaches the hotel management can’t handle the guests so they have security come see you and if that doesnt work rest assure the police is called . Lots of drama because of poor management team and hotel layout…
