Wanted to give you guys 5 stars because not only did I have a wonderful time, the beds were amazing and comfortable and the rain shower head was fabulous! I may need to buy one for myself now. I also wanted to share that I had forgot a external hard drive with a lot of personal and business items on it and not only were they able to locate this 2 days after I had left, everything was still on it! I am so relieved and thankful that it was not stolen. Will be booking with you again if I ever go back to Quebec City!

We had such a wonderful stay. We stayed for 5 nights the room was so clean and comfortable. Staff was so friendly and bilingual, which helped because our French is terrible. They also gave us a bus schedule which was nice we didn't have to drive to old Quebec it was an easy 20 minute bus ride which picked us up right out front and brought us right downtown to old Quebec. Brought us back on same route. Everything was so close by and there's even restaurants in walking distance, aquarium is a 10 minute walk down the hill. We will be staying here again when we come to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality:)

The room was clean and well designed. The bathroom was new with a great shower. Don't stay near the ice machine as it is noisy and disruptive. Overall a great place to overnight

Experience has been great; our family got adjoining rooms at no additional cost. The staff have been wonderful, having one of our doors fixed that repeatedly didn't want to open with cardkey. The rooms are spacious, clean and stylish. The hotel is directly across from a major highway for the convenience of traveling to all the major tourist attractions, but you cannot hear the traffic luckily. The hotel also provides a shuttle to town if you prefer. Haven't tried the restaurant yet, but sister said the options were good and she enjoyed her breakfast very much!

This place is clean, neat and nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They have ample parking space. The location is easy to find and close to the mall (Plus Laurier) and Aquarium Du Quebec. The price is reasonable. There are free wifi and free coffee courtesy of the hotel (only in the morning). The room is quite spacious, tidy and comfortable. This place is kid-friendly and smoke-free. They also have a big LED TV in every room. The washroom is clean and neat. They also have safe box, fridge and coffee maker in every room. I will definitely go back here next time I go to Quebec City.
