The location is close to the airport and train stations, you'll still need to cab to those areas. There is a restaurant inside, fast food places and a mall nearby if you need to get something quick. The indoor pool is fairly nice and open at reasonable hours. Staff was accomdating and helpful. Deco was nice and appealing. The only issue with the rooms is that they felt humid which made it uncomfortable to stay in during the night.

What a very modern and comfortable hotel. The staff was very kind. The location was good. The 2 shopping malls were in walking distance. We highly recommend and plan to stay again

This is barely a 1 star hotel. This place is a very ugly hotel but with a nice lobby design, the actual hotel is a bunch of ugly buildings hidden by the "castle" entrance so don't be fooled. The finishes are the cheapest I've seen anywhere, the place looks like it was designed by a 10 year old, on a budget. It is a maze and difficult to get in and out of. The pool is filled with kids and the chlorine smell is so bad you can't even open the balcony let alone enjoy it. Overall it's a mad house and a scam. For the price you can get into an actual 4 star hotel in the city with some money to spare.

This place has a nice lobby... and that's it! Room are dirty, no fan in the bathroom that cause molds on the walls... So called family suite is smaller than any regular rooms I have ever been in in any hotel and is supposed to have a kitchennet that is basically a sink, a coffee maker and a microwave that is under the sink, no utensils. Personal is very polite and helpful.
