Very nice hotel for the price. Great location - lots of restaurants nearby and Downtown Quebec was not very far.

The staff there told us we weren't paying enough for the room when my family and I stayed there. They wanted to charge us an extra $40 per night because "we didn't book online correctly". Even after we showed them the verification email that stated the number of people we booked for (2 adults, 1 child), they didn't allow us to pay the original price we had agreed on. Even though we only had to pay about $12 more a night, we still felt that all the time and energy we spent discussing the price of the room with the hotel staff, the hotel manager, and one of the website representatives really ruined a chunk of our vacation. At least the room was clean.

It's a drive from Montreal but the room was spotless. New rug, super clean bathroom and good size tv.

Good for a 3 star hotel. Very few amenities. Overall clean and staff is friendly.

Very poor breakfast options, No Eggs, dinning area is very basic, Junior staff is good, senior staff is rude. WiFi does not work on laptops. So if you have to work on laptops don't stay here. News papers are french only.
