Auberge Royal Versailles

Clean room and washroom, quiet, friendly staff. Convenient location for my purpose, but not a touristy area. Was offered a steeringwheel club to protect my car since they have little control over car theft in the area. Not a fancy place, but what I needed and appropriately priced.

We recently stayed at the Royal Versailles Mtl for a tournament. We were happy with our room. The hotel was quiet and kept very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant great. When we arrived back home my daughter was very upset as she had forgotten her very favourite and sentimental stuffed animal. We called the hotel to disclose this information and felt immediate reassurance. The staff took our information and communicated with us the next day. Long story short, the stuffed animal is the mail. We received UPS confirmation. Thanks for the exceptional service and kindness towards my family.

Stayed here with my family during my weekend Montreal Canada travel. Best I liked was the location and reasonable room rates. The lady at reception was kind to call English speaking staff as we did not speak or understand French. We missed to know prior that most road signs and even elevators were French only :

Stayed here for one night with 3 adults including myself. Service was great. The lady receptionist at the desk was kind and patient. They also provide a steering wheel lock for free which helps give a sense of security with so much auto thefts lately. I was surprised they offered one because no other hotel I’ve been to has provided this. The rooms were nice and clean. There’s a fridge inside the cabinet underneath the TV for my room. However, the bathroom door closed by itself which I found unnecessary and annoying at times when I needed to frequently go in and out of the washroom. Also there was no door hook to place your clothes on which was inconvenient for showering. The location is great for commuting because it’s right beside a metro station. Overall, would come back again.

Reasonable price and room, great location right by Metro station and mall/grocey stores, cool name, friendly staff, ample parking. Would go back
