SEE ALL OF THE REVIEWS.nnI should have known when they asked me if I wanted a club for my steering wheel, that this was not the best place to stay.nnWas in town for a hockey tournament. Thank god I took almost everything out of my SUV. Unfortunately my car was broken into and some things were stolen, including my son’s backpack with some valuables.nnJust as others have stated, the front desk is not helpful. They tell you that you can’t see the footage because the “owner” Frank is not in. Good luck getting a hold of Frank.nnAt some point this place needs to be held accountable for this very serious ongoing issue of theft. Any owner with common sense would have hired a security guard to monitor the premises 24 hours a day. Many hotels in the area have security around the clock. Frank is too cheap I guess and doesn’t care about his customers. Poor way to run a business.nnDo not recommend this place, which is a shame because the location is good and the rooms are ok.

As they say in real estate, the 3 most important things are location, location and location. This hotel is in one of the best places in Montreal. It is literally steps away from the Radisson metro station. It is across the street from the Place Versailles shopping plaza. And the Maxi grocery store and Harvey's restaurant are in easy walking distance.nnThe other great thing about this hotel is that it is reasonably priced. It also gave us quick access to downtown Montreal via the metro.

Staff was courteous and room and corridors were clean.nBuilding and rooms are a little bit dated. Room floor was peeling. TV was very old. The building need some refreshing.nReception gave us a steering wheel lock. Seems there's a lot of car thefts in the neighborhood.

I was very skeptical at first based on other reviews, but this hotel is honestly great, especially if you’re staying for just a few nights. There is nothing luxurious about it but if you just need a place to stay compared to the othernmore expensive places, it works. The metro is literally right next door to get down town with ease and you have the convenience of a mall and many other plazas right across the street. The rooms were clean and the service was great. The front desk ladies are a delight to work with. The only thing we had a problem with were the outlets - they weren’t consistent and some of them wouldn’t work. Otherwise, no issues!

The location is amazing! So close to public transit and free parking. The breakfasts are the best I've had I had french toast with loads of berries and maple syrup!. Staff are polite and patient with English speakers.nCons: the bathroom was *very* small and low water pressure for showers. The TV was also very small and no streaming options. There were not many unused plugs for charging devices bring an extension cord if you're charging more than 2 things overnightnnOverall I will definitely stay here again. The cons are trivial compared to the pros location, parking, breakfast, price
