Fantastic local store with great customer service. Mitch was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. The selection of furniture is vast and there's something for every taste and space. After having gone to a variety of furniture stores in Guelph we were happily surprised to find this gem. Just our luck we came in on a promotion day and the taxes were waived! We're happy with our purchase and now anxiously await delivery.
Mitch is an exceptional salesman! We stumbled upon this local furniture shop when we were shopping for a new sofa. Mitch was knowledgable and answered all our questions, while giving us time and space to make a decision at our own pace. Great prices, great delivery time. Couch arrived in perfect condition! So happy with our purchase!
Mitch the owner/salesman who greeted me - was amazing! He was a wealth of information once I gave him some of my specifics. I really dislike pushy lingering sales rep - and Mitch was responsive to my needs and questions, but also gave me the space I needed to enjoy my shopping experience - the shopper that am am not! He has a great sale going on for the next day or so which I maximized on. Way to go Mitch at “Little Joe’s” - I may be back for additional piece to my lovely sectional and I’ll happily spread the word
I visited Little Joe's last month- In the first 5 mins, I decided that I am definitely going to buy furniture for my new home from this shop. Mitch is a very knowledgeable and kind person, he explained about the quality of leather and helped me in choosing the right sofa. Whole store was on 20% discount on that day, and I was able to buy a leather couch, dining table set and coffee table for a very good price. Next week I again went back to the store for a bedroom set, I was a bit skeptical in buying since I was on a tight budget. But Mitch gave me additional discounta huge one! to help me out set up my new home! Furniture was delivered on the day he promised, the delivery guys were extremely careful and ensured there are no damages to furniture and the walls. For any future purchase , Little Joe's would be always my first choice and I highly recommend this shop for good quality furniture!
We just purchased a couch and love seat from Mitch. The store had so much selection and a great deal. Mitch was great, letting us look and try it all. We were not initially going to buy that day, just look. But the deal was too great. We walked out happy and we're excited to have a new couch and love seat.
We have never heard about this place, bumped into a couple at Costco who recommended us to go here. So happy we did, Mitch is such a great man- was very patient and answered all our questions without complaints. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on all the products there. Took his time with us and gave us the time we needed to look around. So happy we found out about Little Joe's.I will be dropping his name to friends and family going forward. Thanks again Mitch for all your help.
Just made our third purchase with Mitch at Little Joe's. As always the service was excellent! Mitch listens to what you're looking for and provides information and options that best suit your needs and budget. He isn't pushy nor does he pressure you with upsell antics like other places. We will absolutely buy from Little Joe's again and I highly recommend them!
Mitch was great! I was happy to purchase some furniture that is made in Ontario. Mitch made sure to ask all the right questions and ensure we would not have any surprises. He even delivers on a specific date within a 2 hour window. Impressive This is our 3rd great experience Keep it up Mitch!!!
Wife wanted new living room furniture so we decided to visit Little Joe's. That was on a Monday. Spoke with Mitch and he worked with the wife to find something she wanted. They came up with a deal that would be delivered in 6 weeks. Gave us a sale price on the sofa even though the sale was now over. Also requested the removal of our old furniture which was done without additional cost. Six weeks later the new furniture was delivered and the old stuff taken away. Delivery guys did a great job with delivery, set up and removal of the old furniture. Reasonable price and great service.
I had a wonderful experience at little Joe's furniture. It was the only furniture store that sales clerk's didn't chase me around the store. Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained why the sofa I chose was more expensive to a similar one. He has good quality Canadian made furniture and the best prices in town
