Denise the absolute star that runs the front helped us with everything we needed. Had great conversations, had the best energy and just in general is the reason we had an amazing stay. Thank you so much for knowing what hospitality is truly about! You made the stay absolutely fabulous. And go above and beyond for your guests. I was in town for some work related training and stayed at this wonderful hotel. We were greeted by Lavernl who was just a great, personable young man who took care of it. The check in went very smoothly and this young man was so kind and he made sure everything was just right.nI hope that for my next training in Pewaukee...I'll be staying at the Hoiliday zinn Pewaukee West. It doesnt get any better than that.

Wife and I found this property just by the enie menie mini moe method. I have been here twice now and it is very well maintained. Whomever the owners are they know what people look for. As 1 head maintenance guy to another, well done. Details that others don't notice, but we do. Everything is properly caulked, refrigerators don't sound like a space ship, tile properly installed. The drains aren't clogged.nnAn area I can see needing improvement on are the anti slip grips in the shower. I would add some more it gets very slippery in there, just a thought.

Holiday Inn Pewaukee-Milwaukee West by IHGnnStayed here for the weekend. No major issues but we did have a minor water leak from the AC unit.nnAt the moment, they are remodeling so there was no breakfast. You will need to call ahead and check. Glad this place does not smell. The indoor pool is excellent. They even have night lights in the pool to give the swimming pool a cool effect. Check it out.nnPlenty of parking.nnHighly Recommended

My family and I are staying at the holiday inn and glad we are checking out soon.nnAn old Caucasian lady that works at the front desk in the mornings is very rude. The key from my room was not working so I didn’t want to step out and get locked out so I called the front desk to bring another card.nI stayed in my room with my toddler who was waking up. She looked at me and said show me your id. I told her why do I need to do that i am not locked out im inside the room I just need a key that works. And she said well I need to make sure this is your room. I had to close the door on her I was NOT going to let her in while my daughter was still in her diaper half naked and half asleep. I was also working in my laptop and had my screens open. I opened the door and she was STILL standing there waiting for an ID so I showed it to her. She didn’t even question the last name. The room is under my bf last name And my last name is different. She didn’t call the front desk to verify if I should be in the room. She just kept looking at my ID and then at me. So was it really to make sure it was my room or was she trying to make sure I was here legally too? The nerve of her demanding if I belong in this room is ridiculous. I understand if I was locked out then that would make more sense but I was inside the room! And I think it’s not really what she said but how she said it it’s her TONE that sounds demanding and somewhat condescending. The irony is that I saw her walking into the breakfast room as I was servicing my self and all of a sudden she was so nice. Wondering if that was because there were people around us.nnThis was only the 2’nd encounter with her. The first time I called asking if I can borrow the vacuum I didn’t need house keeping to clean the room I just needed to borrow the vacuum . Mind you I have a toddler and im working in the room too so I didn’t want strangers inside the room. She said multiple times no and that if I want cleaning I needed to step out the room. I then asked a housekeeper that was in the hall if I can please borrow the vacuum and she nicely said yes. She offered to vacuum but I told her I wanted to do it and there was no issue. I don’t know if that is just her personality or she just doesn’t likes her job.nnI can’t complain about the rest of the staff everyone else was great the cleaning crew always very kind and helpful, and the people at the breakfast area also very kind and always making sure we are enjoying our stay. The 2 men at the front desk in the evenings also very kind and helpful.nnBut the lady at the front desk in the mornings I don’t have her name, I honestly felt like she was just doing it on purpose.
