I just got out of the store in Paris, the people were extremely rude. Never had the worst customer experience in my life. I asked the woman at the changing cabines for a smaller size in some of the items that I had. She told me to go get it myself, no joke it’s what she actually said. The thing is that if I actually want to get in them myself I would lose my place in the changing cabinets. She said that she couldn’t do anything about it because there was a line waiting but then if I did that I would have to wait all of it again. When I was leaving she also very rudely asked me to do her job made me hang all of the clothes myself!!! Extremely rude and disrespectful both to me as a customer and to my time as an individual. Additionally, even though there were many free cabinets the staff were letting people in wayyy too slowly, they were the only reason why there was a line in the first place. I hope that I’m the future the company will read and take into consideration my concerns because now after this awful experience I will never, NEVER go back to this store and I never want to shop there again. Ruined my last day of vacation!!

Extremely expensive and bad quality. I bought a necklace and it broke at my first time wearing it. I went to the shop to ask for the refund but they refused me because it should have been returned the next day after buying it has been 3 days since I bought it. I do not recommend to go there.

Worst service in a whole Paris. Fitting rooms isn’t work after 6:30PM, very unpleasant workers who don’t want help you as a customer, just yelling and speaking on a very bad English, and also speak with colleagues on a French, that you as I can’t understand. I’d set a zero if this be possible. Day ruined

Fitting room closes 1 hour before the shop closing time so you cannot try the clothes at 10 past 7 pm. Left the shop without buying them : Staff is not helpful.

Let's not kid ourselves Urban outfitters is pretty expensive however their products are always high quality especially for me the "iets Frans" line and everything I bought from them was always top quality and lasted me a long while This store is a pretty big one if you only look at their French stores All of the staff was really friendly and professional

I shop at urban outfitters Cardiff and it’s great- visit here was very disappointing, changing rooms close 6.30, store at 8! Poor stock, very rude staff and music is too loud and rubbish! Don’t bother.
