Super helpful and finding exactly what I needed

Bought drill bits & cutting fluid from Josh P that worked there.  He lied to me and told me there would be warranty if I bought those specific items from him. That the drill bits were expensive because they were hardened and blah blah blah.  Barely used the drill bits and cutting fluid for metal fence posts and the drill bits crapped out.  After trying to warranty the drill bits through Josh he had some story about management not replacing them for whatever lame reason that was now my fault.  Even though I have been drilling holes in metal for well over 20 years with no issues.nnI will not make the same mistake with this business again.
