Beds are pretty comfy. Breakfast starts at 5:30 do that is really nice! They were a little slow on keeping up with the breakfast options. The AC control does not have an actual temperature but just a hot and cold. I did not go to the pool sup I have no opinion there. Pretty good price for what you're getting.

Pool closed during our stay for an extended time, we were not notified when booking(I called the hotel direct) and no one told us when checking in. I emailed the hotel chain and the manager and no one even responded. We were there for a week for my fathers funeral with grandkids and my niece. My niece teaches swimming and they were looking forward to it. We would have chosen a different hotel for all 7 of us if we would have known. No excuse for neither to not reply to the emails

The staff was cordial and helpful. The room was clean and quiet despite being next to a major highway. Each morning breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy and assorted breads. Also a water cooler in the dining area so you can fill a water bottle. A nice shaded grassy area to walk dogs.

For 6 years I've stayed there whenever I go to Waukesha. Reasonable rates, very clean. Several stores and eating places within easy walking. The year-round swimming pool is excellent.

Not super impressed. Not all the jets worked on the hot tub. A/C didn't work in the room and ice machine on certain floors worked. Hope free breakfast is better than the accomidations!
