Best Hotel ever! The smell in every single place in the hotel was CLEAN!!!! exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. This is the first hotel we felt our dogs were welcome. Room was perfectly sized to fit all of our needs. Thoughtfully placed for pets. Amazing stay. 10/10 highly recommend!
Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We truly appreciate the early check-in accommodations, the tips. Room was spacious and the whole hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Breakfast was better than usually are in these hotels, and the breakfast lady was so so kind.nFor the EVs owners out there: there is a 3rd party charger in their parking lot and their parking spots also have 110v outlet, which we used without an issue.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very helpful. Great room with a super comfortable bed. Near restaurants and shopping and other services. Free breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Pool, pet friendly, and an in-house guest laundry. Great price for a great stay.
What an amazing place! All of the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are extremely clean. I feel the hotel was a little pricey, but definitely worth it.
I truly cannot thank the lovely young woman Rushda working at the front enough. I am doing a trip across Canada as a solo Female, and my mom had helped me out by booking hotels for me while I was driving. Unfortunately the hotel in Thunder Bay that she had booked, was beyond horrible she didn’t know the area hahanI checked out immediately after walking into the room. I’ll leave it at that.nI called the Holiday inn and explained my situation to Rushda, and she was so kind and not surprised about my experience with the other hotel.nIt had been a long day. Driving 12 hour days, this was the last thing I wanted to be dealing with late at night, I cried the whole drive over after the horrible experience I had at the previous hotel. Rushda had such a kind and gentle demeanor, even made me laugh. It can be scary, intimidating, nerve wracking travelling as a single female- and she went above and beyond to make me feel better and ensure I was in good hands. The rooms are awesome, and service was 10/10. Thank you thank you thank you!
