Have stayed here a couple times now in the last 6 months. Rooms are basic but clean and staff are so friendly. We have always had a cheerful welcome when entering and well wishes upon leaving the breakfast area. The only reason I did not give 5 stars across the board is I find the cost is a bit high and each time we have visited, the pancake machine has not worked well and of course it’s my family’s favourite part of breakfast. Overall very good and would visit again.
I very well enjoyed my stay! Went here for medical reason and staff was very nice and gave me anything I needed for my stay! Very recommend booking here if your needing to go to hospital appointments or surgery! Awesome staff.
4.5. I had to wait almost 10 minutes to check in but I liked the room so I score a higher than 4. The front desk clerk was very busy with telephone customers. The front desk clerk was patient and kind. I stayed in a nice business type room with French doors leading to bedroom. The room had a couch, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, a large tv in main area, small tv in bedroom, a dining table, a roomy bathroom, lots of lighting. Very happy with the room, the neighbor next door - their toilet was noisy..thin walls? If you want quiet or you're a light sleeper, stay on 3rd floor or 2nd floor?nI won't try the free breakfast as I usually buy my own fruit veggies etc.nThe view was of the hospital parking lot. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby, shopping area 8 minute drive away from hotel.nThe shower bath fixtures look new, good water pressure. It included DOVE soap, shampoo, conditoner, lotion.nI would stay here again and next time I'd use the free fitness facilities.
The hotel stay was awesome! Cleanliness was 5stars! Loved the desk station! Complimentry breakfast bathroom toiletries totally unexpected!! :D
Always clean rooms.nBreakfast is excellent.nThe pre-check in steps make it really fast and easy to check in when you arrive.nAlways enjoy my stays at this hotel.
