Holiday Inn Motel

Friendly owners and reasonably clean but very shabby. Front office doubles as laundry, living room? All rooms have ash trays outside, definite smoky smell in the room. After a long day of travelling we didn't have the energy to look for anywhere else.

Don't usually write reviews but feel obliged as it was a pleasant experience. The owners are over accommodating and rooms were very clean for a budget motel. A bit dated but very comfortable. Highly recommended for frequent travellers.

Holiday Inn Motel was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting a budget motel with the bare essentials to pass a night. Instead I was greeted by a sincere and kind owner (even at 11 at night) and a room that had been freshly renovate and modernized. The best was comfortable, clean and fresh smelling and the washroom had new vanity, light fixtures a d switches. There was a flat screen and even a nice metal accent lamp to help light up the room and tie it all together. Very good experience and I would gladly go back if traveling through there again. Can also be a great option for longer stays (I could easily stay a week or more there). On par with any big hotel without leaving a big hole in your wallet.

It was a pleasant experience. I decided to stay just for a night and I didn't have any Canadian money they still worked with me. The rooms and sheets were nice and clean.

Great price if your just passing through, decent size rooms. Soft new comfortable beds.
