Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oshawa Downtown - Toronto Area

The staff were all very friendly and kind. From the front desk to the room maid to the breakfast servers. All were very pleasant. It was a nice change to get good service at a hotel. The rooms were relatively clean overall the facility is well kept. The parking lot is a bit challenging but the staff was very helpful in allowing guests to park on the sidewalks at the end of the night. The security team was also present and enforcing but accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and amenities. An incredibly caring and attentive eastern European frost desk EXPERT along with amazing Grace during the day. A Caribbean and Filipina housekeeper that did an exceptional job with our room making sure we had what we needed as we took our large dog with us. I've been to many many hotels for my occupation....in far larger hotels in big cities and small. The place is great. More comfort in the couch and a larger blue bin would have been perfect.

My party of four rooms had a great stay. The staff, especially Daniel, were very helpful and courteous. We loved being walking distance of our event. Parking was also easy. Rooms were large and gave lots of space for our traveling party. 5/5

Stayed here on Jan 27, for one night.nnGreat customer service, was even offered hot chocolate while checking in. Front desk management and staff were very friendly and courteous. Easy and convenient underground parking. Our room was great given the price we paid. Was a 10 minute drive from major restaurants and the movie theatre.nComplimentary breakfast was also included.nnWould definitely come back to this location.nn- Kai
