Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oshawa Downtown - Toronto Area

This is a good hotel! It's not glamorous or luxurious but you will sleep comfortably and securely. Parking is $8 a day, but that allows you to park in their secured underground lot (if your vehicle is short enough). So whether you seek protection of belongings or just don't want to brush snow off your car...you're covered. Literally.

We were pleasantly surprised as we checked in to our room, we had been upgraded to a larger room, which we did not request... just a random friendly gesture from HIE staff. Our room was massive and so comfortable. Most of all, the room was clean and the bed was perfect! I slept like a baby. Woke up in the morning and I made a cup of coffee with the Kuereg coffee maker supplied in our room. We went down for a delicious breakfast,fresh scrambled eggs with sausage and a hot bowl of porridge. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Our experience was amazing. We recommend HIE in Oshawa.

Originally reserved in Whitby Holiday Inn but changed last minute do to proximity. Bad decision. $200/night and they don't even leave a bottle of water in your room, shower had gross hairs in it, walls and doors are razor thin so no sleep. When your stay is up they slide your invoice through the door the morning of checkout so that you can bend over to pick it up off the gross hotel ground? What is this accomplishing? Had they asked how my experience was at checkout I would have politely let them know what they need to work on but since they did not here is my review.

Staff was really nice. Maids were excellent. Pool was small but warm. Front desk was extremely nice, when I bought snacks they were polite. Breakfast was extraordinary. Definitely recommend.

Good welcome. Spacious room. Wifi drops. Clean gym lacking any resistance equipment. Small inside pool. Walking distance to many restaurants. Standard breakfast buffet.
