If you don’t want to read the full review - JUST BOOK THIS HOTEL!nThis is by far the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. I have taken many road trips and experienced the good and bad but this is the GREAT! The rooms are better than I expected for a budget hotel but it’s the service, hospitality AND the included breakfast that earns this hotel a 5 star. I didn’t pass 1 staff member every level here without getting a very enthusiastic greeting. The breakfast has hot items I had an omelet, my daughter had French toast and a really nice coffee machine nespresso style that can make fancy coffees.
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is good! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, excellent customer service! Special thanks to Taylor for being so patient and kind with booking our team! We were expecting it to be a standard economy hotel and to have some level discomfort, but this hotel is above that and we felt comfortable the whole time! Would recommend!
Staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was older and room was always cold. Down in the back hallway, you could clearly smell marijuana and it was quite strong. Mysterious teenage boys stalked young girls multiple times and tried to sneak into their rooms. Vending machines were old and took my friends money. Staff willingly returned it. Breakfast was great, but the tables were limited and old.
The staff at this place are outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the rooms show their age, but kept clean. Great place for a short trip
We just spent three nights here with our hockey team. Every single staff member we met was so pleasant and helpful. Every request we had was met with no hassle. Though the hotel is a bit tired it was clean and bed very comfortable. We would stay again!
