Comfort Inn

I’m a bus driver, booked into the comfort inn for two nights with a sports team in Oshawa for a tournament. First night at 0115 someone tried to get into my room. I went to door and told person he was at wrong door. Had just fallen asleep again when someone tried again to access my room. This time it was the front desk. Obviously she didn’t believe the man when he told her someone was already in the room. She wanted to know who I was because the room showed being empty. Why on earth would you wake someone at 115 am to see who they are? Turned out whoever checked me in had assigned room 102 and given me key for room 101. My advice: if your planning on getting rest. Find a different hotel.

I work for a construction company based in Wingham, ON and we have worked in this area for quite a few years and always stay here at the comfort inn in Oshawa. The service here is excellent they help you with any problems that may arise while you are a guest as quickly and professionally as possible. They also have a very nice breakfast bar in the morning to help you get your day started properly. I recommend this hotel whenever you are visiting or just stopping overnight in Oshawa.

Comfortable beds... 4 pillows on each bed. Good breakfast in the morning (free) only downside was very basic tv

Horrible hotel. I get the friends and family discount, which is for employees and friends and family that work at comfort inn locations. The manager "ADAM KLUKOWSKI" would cause harassment against my wife and I because we got a discount. After filing a complaint against him, the very next time we stayed there he told us the following morning we were banned from the location because a guest said we were "causing a disturbance". Meanwhile if a guest causes a disturbance it is hotel policy the guest is informed about this disturbance when it is going on. This never happened because we never were causing a disturbance of any kind, and when we asked which room claimed this because nobody was on either side of us he failed to answer us, as well as what this so called "disturbance" was. Be aware of this manager, and this hotel if you get a discount of any type as they will go out of their way to get full price, and because we were regulars he went to the extent of lying to make more money. We have and will never stay at this hotel again. The hotel employee working that evenings name was "Brandon" be cautious staying at this hotel if you are getting a discount of any kind.
