Comfort Inn

I spent quite a lot of time here with my family! And I must say the staff is very nice and helpful! The rooms are clean and there is a fridge! A child-friendly place! You can also pay in cash, not just with a bank card! I think the price is good too! The breakfast is delicious, which is included in the price! I thank them for the pleasant time spent with them!

Room had a musty smell. Damp and gross! refused to change rooms for me.nnFirst and last stay at this location!nnSide note, first floor smells like smoke!nnThis place is just not clean! needs a major clean/touch up!nnBreakfast was better than most in the area.

What's the most important thing for consumers? Customer Service! I understand things don't always go smoothly, we're only human, but what makes things right is how the business handles the issue. The manager Joseph exemplifies this to the highest standard. The way this guy runs his team and prioritizes people's needs before anything else is absolutely remarkable. If it's a mistake made by the company, he will admit that, and take care of it.. no questions asked. That's very rare these days. Kudos Joseph, to you and your team. Well done.

Spent the weekend at the comfort inn in Oshawa and had a great time. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and very spacious I especially appreciated the mini fridge in the room. Great overall experience, would recommend to anyone and I will definitely be coming back.

Me and my family had to stay in comfort inn for 4 nights as the house we bought had some electricity problem. So In rush had to book this hotel. They say that cleaning will be done every third day of stay they never showed up for cleaning, when we asked for cleaning on 4th day the receptionist told us that nobody was there to clean the room .the comforter had holes.me and my daughter had small bumps on our neck don’t know what bug bite us. It was very noisy at night that i couldn’t sleep on first night teenagers were running around and laughing. Had a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
