Pine Ridge Motel

Do not drive into the parking lot faster than 5 clicks! My suspension on my car is completely wrecked now after using the parking lot there while visiting a friend. The potholes are huge and deep! The rooms are moldy and the bathroom shower etc has mold growing. The entire time I am there my eyes and sinuses clog up from my mold allergies. It's that bad!

Didn't stay. Sheets were dirty, hair all over the floor, very intense mould smell. Very dodgy people living there and was concerned for our safety. Can't believe I paid 100 bucks to walk in and walk right out. Check in guy was nice- he gets the only star.Rooms: 1/5

I was a little sceptical at first but it was like really late at night and we just needed to crash. The room was dated but it had hardwood floors, a fridge and a TV and a bathroom. One thing I would recommend to the owner is to buy a new bath mat because the one in the bathroom looked pretty old and I sure wouldn't use it. It had two beds. The beds that were comfortable. We ended up getting there pretty late or pretty early in the morning and I think we woke the lady up but she came out and gave us the key to the room and she was friendly. I would say the worst thing was the room only had an old school baseboard heater and I turned it on when I got into the room become it was really cold and I turned it up all the way but I still felt pretty cold throughout the night. Never did get to check out the ice cream place as I had left just before check out time plus it's winter! I don't need ice cream but luckily there was a Tim Horton's just down the road within walking distance. The other thing was it was affordable and it wasn't too expensive of a cab ride from downtown Oshawa. I would probably go back again if I needed a place to crash close to Oshawa again in a pinch.

This is the nastiest place I have ever seen. The coffee maker still had an old filter in it, the heat wasn't even turned on. The woman that works/owns it I assume is the rudest person I have ever talked to. I didn't stay there but it was so horrible that people need to be warned.

The room i was in was horrible. Had bed bugs in it. Spent almost $100 for 1 night just so i could leave half way through the night cuz of finding a bed bug. Not worth the time or effort. Front deak also accused me and my gf of bringing in the bed bugs.Rooms: 1/5

Cheap motel but lacks many basic amenities. Wifi is slow and often not working. The tap in my room's sink only has hot water so good luck getting a glass of water. Sheets have cigarette burn holes in them. Price is a bit high for the low quality of the blankets, towels and pillows. Seems to attract party kids on the weekends, lots of people smoking dope. Thin walls complete with holes and grafitti. Cops show up often enough. Bathroom fans didn't work in 2 rooms I've stayed in. Owner and cleaner seemed more concerned with running the ice cream shop than with what goes on at the motel. They were snarky when we asked for extra toilet paper. I would suggest going to another hotel if you are in the area.

This place is the nastiest place ever. Toilet seat were wobbly. Holes in the walls. Head board not attached to wall. Windows dont close. Curtain really dirty bathroom wasnt cleaned in long time. The front counter clerk was rude as hell. After i booked in and paid for the night, was told no children allowed even after she seen my kids. I asked for my money back was told no refunds Would not ever go here again gross

Found Bed Bugs in my bed, took pictures brought to the so called friendly manager Joe where I was told it was impossible as they have exterminators in on a weekly basis. I left in the middle of the night after hammering on the office door with no answer. This guy is a goof. When i got upset he called the cops. Douchebag!!! I will be calling the health department.

The owner is vary nice and paying by the week for 400 is a great deal ......just dont expect royalties...... thanks pine ridge for your experiences......pic of one of there rooms , vary spacious !!

The NASTIEST place EVER. Found a giant HALF smoked roach of shotty weed.. wasnt even hydro and only half a joint. There were tweezers on the floor and a big old dirty crack pipe under the bed. Toilet didnt flush. Bugs in the toilet and drawers. Stained towels... holes in the walls plugged with asswipe. Half painted with unfinished drywall. Really unfit for a pig. I might suggest the Cloverleaf. 2 stars above this dump. Oh... and no glasses... we asked for them and they said... NO CUP FOR YOU!!! Oh yeah. It is a non smoking room... with giant burn holes in the couch and was told... "Please try not to smoke" Lol.. Aweful
