Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mississauga - Toronto Southwest

Very good facility looks recently renovated. The staff especially Mark were very polite and courteous, always trying to help. The breakfast was really good too with a wide variety of options and was buffet styled. Got the room with the sofa bed and this was super comfy especially with separate TV sets in the room and sitting area.nProbably one snag is the heating/cooling system isn’t centralized so you need to leave the connecting door open for the air conditioning unit to circulate.nIt’s also centrally located to a lot of businesses and the train station. Highly recommend

The check-in process was seamless, thanks in large part to John, who was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He also entertained my young child, which was a lovely touch. While the rooms were somewhat compact, they provided a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered the standard hotel buffet fare, which met our needs nicely. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We stayed in this hotel for a business trip, but I have bad experience using the hot water in the bathroom as the temperature is way too high. My 4.5 months old baby got burn on his leg quite seriously. I wonder if there are standards temperature for how hot water can be in Toronto.

Room was clean and decent - it has all the basic needs. Our room was located close to the highway so we turned on the ac to block the road noise, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay if within the area.

When I booked this hotel it was almost a year in advance for the Taylor Swift concert. When I booked, the reviews and ratings looked great. On the drive from the airport, I checked out the hotel address and saw the ratings had dropped when compared to when I booked. I panicked and freaked out!!! I had so many ‘what-if’ scenarios going through my head. Thankfully when I got here, I felt nothing but relief and safety. The front desk area was clean and it smelled like pool, which I liked lol the staff were so friendly and helpful. The maids were always ready to help freshen up the room and were generous with the towels the room is on the smaller size, but compared to what other hotels charge, I thought the sizenwas compatible with the price. And it wasn’t too small. We had enough room. There’s a bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, tv and 2 nightstands, and a living room separated by a door so my teen could stay up late without disturbing me. It was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms stocked so we didn’t even need to bring our own hygiene items, wifi was strong, never laggy… I really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. The location also had easy access to the freeway so Uber’s could cruise you to TO, or the nearby mall One Square Mall was Amazing!! 5 out of 5 stars for sure.
