Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Oakville

Beautiful hotel for the price very clean staff was nice. The food was not great. Just go get a few nice muffins and some coffee and you're done. The intention is good but at the same time bagged and frozen processed food that doesn’t even taste like food just ruins the rest of the experience. I recommend to the hotel instead of the 6 people heating stuff in the microwave get one guy who can fry fresh eggs and potatoes and serve them hot to clients. way better then eating plastic food.

Let me list the important points: 1. Decent price 2. Clean room 3. Helpful, polite, and smiling personnel. 4. Accommodating managers: they helped us to alter our reservation although it was not their job we had to contact the 3rd party reserving service 5. Plenty of parking space 6. Decent swimming pool and hot tub. 7. Nice collection of protein bars if you are interested

Checked in on Sunday , leaving Tuesday. Honestly , I’m not too sure why there are so many bad reviews.. after reading them , I was a little hesitant to book however I am so glad we did. I saw lots of people saying they didn’t feel welcome, or at home and that it was gross. Not the case !! I think people have forgotten we are still in the midst of the biggest global health crisis we have ever had , another pending economic downturn, and no one seems to want to work. Unless you want to come clean , don’t be so harsh. Things get missed. They are human too. Be kind. Hotel is located right beside the 403 and The Queensway , check-in was smooth and easy, arrived at 5PM. Lots of free parking ! Pet friendly. The room was good for the price , we booked the King Suite. Very clean as well considering it was a pet room! We ordered a bottle of champagne and the Mediterranean platter before going down for dinner. Came super fast! The seafood linguine was great , and our bartender , Geneva , is absolutely wonderful. We spent the evening in the jacuzzi , it was also super clean. Whole place is pretty clean to be honest! There is a designated , beautifully lit & covered smoking area with lots of seating. Fairly lax rules. I found that was super welcoming ! Literally no where has that. It was a few steps out from the lobby as well. Breakfast was an extra charge however they offered more of a dine-in experience. Our morning hostess was absolutely wonderful and kind as well didn’t get her name unfortunately!! but she was amazing. I usually am uncomfortable in dining settings however I felt very comfortable this morning. Selection was great and they were very accommodating. So far so good , hoping the rest of our stay is good! I don’t doubt it ! Thanks for your hospitality, will be back again!!

Bed was really uncomfortable and lumpy. The selection at breakfast was pretty standard but was decent to get you started for the morning. They are also open at night and the desserts were great. Small gym with just a handful of machines. Pool was very small, maybe 10 metres.Rooms: 3/5

We had a nice two night stay, we would say they were good. Some things could have been better; longer pool hours would be nice and the decor was a little outdated and dingy. Good parking available with many entrances to the hotel.Rooms: 3/5

This is a beautifully newly renovated hotel. The staff are very kind and friendly. They make my group and our children feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. I will definitely use this Hilton location again.Rooms: 5/5

I always love staying with Hilton. Just had a quick overnight trip and it was clean, well priced, and the staff was super friendly! The only tiny minor thing was that they had no bacon for breakfast! Lol, it was a great stay, highly recommendRooms: 5/5

We stayed here Saturday January 28th for a quick family getaway. The pros: the pool and hot tub were clean, we were the only ones there so it was nice to have it to ourselves. The market in the lobby is cute and has the essentials. The cons - when i checked in with my 12 year old who needed to use the bathroom beside me, the receptionist was on the phone with another staff member discussing scheduling issues for ten minutes without acknowledging us - not even a hi. Finally I asked if we could check in as we were pressed for time - i was told to "just give her a minute". We found it incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the attitude we received after the phone call was over was doubly disconcerting. At night we were told all linens would be available for the pull out sofa - the sheet was already on it kind of gross, I wonder if they clean it? and then staff brought up a thin, itchy blanket for myself while the other three of us slept with a full duvet. In the morning when asking about breakfast i was greeted with a blank stare, then told it was seventeen dollars. I meant to ask the waitress where the food was and if kids prices were different, but I sat there for about ten minutes while she chatted with a member of the kitchen staff, so we just checked out.I wouldn't stay again.

Nice hotel, beautiful inside. Good service, nice rooms. There was coffee machine, coffee pods, fridge and a microwave inside the rooms. Parking was free. I had a dinner at the restaurant downstairs - just phenomenal. I didn't expect.Also they mixed nice cocktails in the bar. I purchased the breakfast the night before - it was chipper then purchasing in the morning. It was quite good, worth the money. Aldo they had coffee stand in the lobby for those who didn't have time to have a full breakfast. From negative - I found the bed to be firm for my liking but I sleep on soft matressess at home. Also thye forgot to put the cups

This location has amazing staff, great food, extremely clean accommodations, spacious rooms, very comfy beds, lots of pillows, They are very kind and considerate of my Service Dog. Parking lot is very well lit and lots of room for parking, nice grassy area for the dogs to be walked. Pool and fitness rooms are great.Rooms: 5/5
