Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto-Mississauga West

It was my second visit here. I stayed here last year Christmas to visit my friend, and as the stay was good we booked again for this year. However, this visit was so disappointed. I couldn't sleep because of the vibration of the heater at the window side. It was so loud and distracted. Moreover, the neighbors were talking since 4 am, moved from room to room. I think they were a group. Couldn't sleep the whole night. And, the toilet flush was not working that well. I think I may choose the other hotel for next year. The lobby is well decorated, and the breakfast is decent, and the staff are friendly especially the breakfast assistants, but, personally, this time was quite disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts. We stayed here over the Christmas Holidays and will definitely return. Special shout out to Shamiza in the breakfast area, she is amazingly friendly and does a fantastic job making you feel right at home. It's our first time at the Hampton Inn but will not be our last. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Stayed here for a week. Hotel is older but in great shape. Hospitality is absolutely amazing! From checkin to housekeeping to night staff to breakfast host, this team is fantastic. Attention to and responding to customer needs is on point. Will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time experiencing such a disappointing and unacceptable situation during a hotel stay. At the Hampton Inn Toronto-Mississauga West, I raised a concern about $100 withdrawn from my account. Instead of addressing my concern, the receptionist, John, spoke to me in a highly disrespectful manner, telling me to “shut my mouth and go to sleep.” He even attempted to slap me, causing my phone to fall.nnDespite being the victim of this behavior, I was checked out of the hotel, left stranded in a city I do not live in, and had to find alternative accommodation. No apologies were offered, and it felt as though John’s actions were condoned by management.nnI have never experienced anything like this before and expected respect and professionalism, which were completely lacking. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I hope corrective measures will be taken to ensure it does not happen to others.
