I would recommend this inn. The room was a teeny bit chilly upon arrival but warmed up quickly. We were on the QEW side and the morning traffic coukd be heard but it didn't bitger me but could fir sensitive guests. The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool is great, very warm. Love the hot tub. The best part was the breakfast, a combination of hot food eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles with continental offerings.The staff in the breakfast counter were full of joy and definitely enjoyed their jobs. She made sure everyone was happy. A smiling employee goes a long way. Will return.
Better than I expected! It was a last minute booking when our air bnb was horrible and the location was farther than we wanted.nRooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There's Netflix and a good tv. Beds are kind of hard but comfortable.nGood location with food & shopping within walking distance. Amazing for the price. Will definitely stay here again!
My wife, daughter and daughter inlaw do an annual girls away shopping trip and stay here each time. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is very friendly. It is clean with an excellent location right off the QEW. She said they love the pool and hot tub.
Honestly the stay here wasn’t bad, but the staff really ruined this experience. I booked a reservation online for two nights, came in the first night to get checked in. The person behind the desk answered his personal phone for almost the entire transaction, made very little conversation to confirm my reservation and only charged me for one night. The price was close to my online reservation so I didn’t make a connection. The next day, we were out exploring and away from the hotel when I received a call stating that I’m only booked for one night, asking why my stuff was here and demanding further payment. The staff member I’m not sure if he was a manager or not was rude and demanding, arguing that I did not have any prior reservations and insisting that I come back to pay for the second night right then. After firmly stating that I would pay when we returned to the hotel, we hung up. When we came back later in the evening, the new front desk person had not been given any information on the situation. Thankfully he at least was a friendly guy and helpful.nOverall, most of the staff was so unprofessional that we will not be returning to this establishment, regardless of location.
The moment I walked into Admiral Inn & Suites I was really impressed with the cozy lobby with a fireplace. I had a pleasant and quick check in and was treated nicely. Room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I loved the fitness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. There's a laundry room on the second floor that's handy.The dining room is great. The breakfast choices are plentiful. Especially enjoyed the potatoes, and buttery croissants. Admiral Inn & Suites is a spectacular place to stay. An absolute deal to have the luxuries of free breakfast, a comfortable room, a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, in the outskirts of expensive Toronto. Upon checking out the lady at the front desk gave me a little extra time to check out because I wasn't feeling well and I was able to get a cup of tea to drink after checking out in the dining room. It was truly an honor to stay at Admiral Inn & Suites, it's an outstanding property.
