The Waterside Inn

At first glance the hotel looks like a dated apartment building,lobby is clean but dated with old oriental rug.. check in was a breeze and the staff although not overly friendly were knowledgeable. Parking is located around the corner and across the street at the marina although the building appeared to have an underground parking lot. Arriving in the room… The room was huge and modern albeit decor looks like a mishmash of used furniture and modern upgrades. The room also gave apartment vibes with a full kitchen and balcony. The balcony was huge and apartment sized. The view? Even from the 6th floor and paying on hotels.com the view was amazing… water on two sides.. the price for the size and location was reasonable but with rates like that they could do with spending some money on updating the property!!!

I recently had my bridal shower at The Waterside Inn. We held the event in the Breakwater Restaurant. Everything was absolutely perfect. Upon arrival the manager and servers introduced themselves to me and asked if there was anything I needed before the guests arrive. They were attentive, friendly, prompt, and provided such great service. The Breakwater itself is such a stunning space. It's open and has big bright windows. The food was amazing! My guests pre-selected their meal and all my guests were so happy with their choices! We also had a children's meal for the little ones. This was the perfect venue for my bridal shower and I look forward to hosting future events here! 10/10!!!

I truly cannot praise the Waterside Inn enough. We had gone to several wedding venues during our search, many of which tried to position themselves as larger, extravagant, and luxurious wedding venues before stumbling upon The Waterside Inn, but it was love at first sight. Not only was their venue the perfect size and mood for our intimate wedding of sixty people, but the service could not have been better. Our guests are still raving about it and our wedding was almost two months ago now!nOur point of contact, Marlene, was an amazing help throughout the entire planning process, and anything we wanted, she made happen—a true miracle worker. On the night of our event, the banquet manager, Hany, made sure we had everything we needed the second we set foot in the reception room, leaving us wanting for nothing throughout the entirety of the night. We would like to extend our thanks and praise as well to Mohammed and the entirety of the serving, bar, and kitchen staff of the evening, as they were absolutely perfect. The Front Desk staff also ensured us and our guests were able to be checked in smoothly, and assisted attentively with any incidentals.nThe Waterside Inn was truly the perfect choice for our wedding, and thanks to their attention and service, we have so many wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

I had my milestone 60th Birthday celebration at the Breakwater Room at the Waterside Inn two weeks ago.nThe service was perfect, food was spectacular and the staff were very attentive and responsive to any requests.
