Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites

Disgusting. Filthy. Poorly maintained. Poorly Managed. More People need to leave negative reviews for a dump like this Place.nnKids refused to swim in Pool due to massive “clumps” of hair and debris floating around.nnHot tub was dangerously hot and extremely cloudy/murky And let it be known we enjoy a hot soak, but this was borderline dangerous temperature.nnUpon entering our room we noticed the carpets appeared to be extremely dirty and appeared to has not been vacuumed in some time.nDirt and hair were clearly visible.nnShower ceiling and walls were covered in black mould , 100% absolutely unacceptable for any Hotel let alone the Holiday Inn brand.nCorporate really does need to see the pictures and address the situation. Management needs to be held accountable.nnRoom Service entered our room at 6:56 am , unannounced. No call, no knock , no nothing.nThis woke our children from a dead sleep and absolutely terrified them. No going back to sleep for anyone.This situation made everyone uneasy. We packed up and left without eating.nAfter seeing the mould in the shower we can only assume what the kitchen/ meal prep area looks like and didn’t need to add insult to injury on this stay with a bout of potential food poisoning.

My company put myself and 2 others guys whom I work with up at this hotel. I read other people’s posts about it but I can honestly say it’s a very nice place to be. The CSR at the hotel was super friendly and they even went the extra mile to get us an extra sleeping cot. The service was amazing and super clean. Hot tub is great and the pool too. The breakfast was very good assorted items like muffins and bagels. Bacon and eggs all great. I would definitely recommend it. Myself I’d definitely would be back. Thx again guys great job.

All ok, a bit tired all around the property. I think the hotel need to address the reviews they are getting. Diamond Elite member not asked if I wanted points. It seemed as if the same few staff were running everything. Delays and items not refreshed at breakfast as staff were elsewhere. I ended up resetting the pancake machine myself after it was refilled and left not working. Poor service in keeping breakfast running. Also one of the few using plastic utensils.

Mediocre holiday inn experience couldve been alot better had the hot tub not been so dirty aka the water was murky with hair and what else in there. The breakfast wasn't well maintained and prolly the worst among all of the Holiday inn properties we've been to. Moreover, bed pillows were broken and lacking volume, not to mention our bathroom toilet backed up couple of times. The property needs to up their standards.

The front staff are awesome & the breakfast lady cleans up with a big smile. The rooms are great, clean & the price is right especially for New Year's Eve.
