The worst hotel and service ever. The receptionist Rose is one of the rudest person I have come across in my life thus far. We had booked a room that has capacity of 4 adults max. Day before check in I called and confirmed that we will have 4 adults and 1 child. The person on the other end said since the room has capacity of max 4 adults we won't have to pay extra. I told him that I would have couple of elderly disabled adults with me who I can't leave them alone in separate room. He said that we will be OK staying in 1 room. But when we arrived at the hotel at 11 pm. Ms. Rose was rude and made us feel like criminals and liars. She would not let us check in to the room. She said capacity for room Is 4 adults. But because we have a child with us we need to get another room. I explained that I spoke to another person before leaving my home to confirm if 4 adults and 1 child will be OK. She totally disregarded that. My husband said if it is a problem he will go and stay somewhere else perhaps where my daughter was staying. They She started asking where is our daughter staying, how many people.is staying with. This was none of her business. We felt pressured to give details that she didn't need. Eventually she asked us to pay 10 dollars extra per person despite of the payment we had already. So we had to pay for 3 extra adults instead of 1 extra adult. When we asked that we would.like to complaint about the situation.nShe said she has complained already and management wont do anything for it. Basically she told us there is no point of us talking to anyone else other than her.Room.was good. But beware of this receptionist.
Wonderful property! Good location, staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the kids had fun on the waterslide! Quiet rooms, great parking lot, safe and clean. Rooms are updated, clean and big, beds are really comfy. Thank you and will be back for sure!
The room was in good shape and everything relatively new, but a bit small. The swimming pool was also a bit small, but kids enjoyed themselves with the water slide. The breakfast was very basic and nothing impressive. I never enjoy eating with disposable utensils. No bar in the lobby to serve drinks or snacks. The laundry machine was a big plus, as we got the chance to wash some clothings. No Safe in the room.nnThe hotel was very clean, quiet and organized. I think it is meant to be a budget hotel, and nothing like a real Marriott.
Stay was very good. Room was clean when we got there, we got a decent amount of towels and all the products in the bathroom were full. The one day we wanted room service, we didn't end up getting it but besides this the service was very good and employees were kind and generous. Breakfast is hot and ready slightly before 6:30 and coffee is served even earlier with tea and water being served all day. Pool was very clean and slide even goes outside. Great stay would recommend.
Updated...Sept 29 stay...nnCheck in gal was snooty and non engaging and too proper like a robot! I did not like my room given as too loud being right over top of the pool area as well as the people above me were stomping around so much until thankfully 11 pm! But then more stomping again so early in the am! I asked on top floor when I checked in as I like to be the quire respectful one for others and was denied and this is rare. She just went on about my room selection choice. I would have even accepted a downgrade for peace and quiet! Never was offered. I had to call down about the loudness and she was snooty again! So non helpful and kept calling up to me when I just hung up on her non helpfulness and non care.nnI did not even bother to use the hot tub as it was so darn noisy all the time right up to the pool closing. I really wanted to use some jets. But that is ok, I just am not used to snooty terrible service ever! I will not go back here! I have done many nice reviews for many other hotel stays.nnAnd the capper was to see sausage and not bacon and the cheaping out between the two choices. Sausages are way worse than bacon for you and have way more calories! So I did not have.nnPics included are of the bath tub and the lack of attention in there too.
