Horrible breakfast and customer service! If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! I booked this hotel for 12 families for a hockey Tournament. This hotel hosted 3 teams while we were their and I was told a bus group too. They were NOT prepared for it! Breakfast was a nightmare the 3 mornings we ate there...no coffee, juice, no forks, no knives, ice cold eggs, no yogurt, no fruit. When I asked the front desk said “ we are doing our best”. I have no idea why anyone would stay here? Pool was over chlorinated and our kids had red eyes, I was unable to sit in the pool area for more than 10 minutes without getting sick from the smell of chlorine. Our room was clean but the breakfast, pool and customer service was so very bad we would NEVER return. I sent an email directly to the mamanger who I booked our teams with and she never got back to me?

Great location. There is a pool with slide, and hot tub. A nice mini gym and it comes with a super breakfast. It's in a great location with many great restaurants in walking distance.

Horrible customer service . I booked two nights with my partner as we were planning a ski trip to Silverstar . Checking in was great the guy that helped us at the front desk Nathan was super friendly and efficient. When I got to the room we got welcomed by a strong dirty locker odor . Not impressed . The following day I received a phone called and had to check out due to a family emergency . I contacted the front desk right away and asked if there were any additional charges since now I am checking out at around 5 pm . The gentleman on the phone informed me very clearly that there were no additional charges I have only gotten charge for the 1 night and the second night wont be charged . I even asked him if there was a half day charge and he clearly said no. When I went down to the front desk I even ask if everything was k and if I can see my bill just to make sure I only got billed for the 1 night , the front desk agent said not to worry I would get an email right away with the receipt . The next day I got my bill with the 2 nights charged on my credit card. I proceeded to follow up with the front desk manager ( Ashley ) which informed me that they had to charged me for the second night and that the front desk staff were clear about letting me know the details of my bill . If I would have given the proper information my partner would ave stayed the second night while I was attending the family emergency . I been going back and for between emails and now I am being ignored. The hotel lacks training for the front desk staff as they truly don't know what their policies are . I think the way I have been treated is unprofessional and I feel as I gotten robbed from $165 dollars .

This is a great hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and the kids loved the pool. With it being so close to amenities such as restaurants, coffee shop and Superstore, it makes for easy access to those places. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

The front desk staff was amazing! The room was very modern and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room, but when we reported it we were given a discounted rate and it was dealt with quickly.
