Not a destination resort but a nice place to stay in Vernon for business or while traveling through. Clean and modern rooms; friendly and accommodating staff; and a decent restaurant on the premises - couldn't ask for much more. We'll frequent the Best Western brand more now that they've made a courageous stand against the NRA, and by extension against gun violence.

We recently stayed at this hotel for several days and we are extremely happy with the staff and service we received. Everything is very clean and comfortable, people kind and friendly. Made to feel like family. I will highly recommend staying here at your hotel to all.

Nice clean room, little bit noisey with the highway traffic. Beds were stiff. Not a bad spot

We were temporarily homeless waiting to move into our new house and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our little dog. It was the nicest "pet friendly" room we have ever had, located on the ground floor at the end of the corridor and near an exit so easy to take the little guy out. Unlike some places, there were no signs of previous canine occupants and the furniture was in excellent condition. I expect that in a newer hotel but it isn't always the case.  The room also had a small fridge and microwave which was very convenient. 
Rather than use the available room service, because of the dog, we got dinner "to go" at the Ricky's restaurant. They were very accommodating and the food was good. I recommend the California Salad!
We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to fiends.

I like this location as it's near jobsites I go to when in the area. Over all no issues with the hotel itself. My only wish is that they'd serve hot breaky in the morning instead of paying for it at the attached restaurant. I know...its a personal thing. Otherwise well worth the price. Thanks BW Vernon 😀
