HIIT It with Britt, LLC

I have been to numerous fitness places around the Capital District, and HIIT is among the best. Be ready for a tough workout, but the numerous instructors are always around to help out with exercise modifications. The routines are different every day, and the exercises come fast and furious, but don't be intimidated. Give HIIT It with Britt a chance and you'll see quick results!

This place is SO AWESOME! Britt and her team are truly amazing and will genuinely work with you to achieve your fitness goals. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to push their limits and challenge themselves while having a super fun time with an extremely talented team of HIIT trainers!

I started at hit it with Britt 6 months after having my daughter. I have never seen results happen so quickly! Everyday is a NEW work out, it is never the same. I never met Britt before walking in there and she is so welcoming and makes you feel like family. The encouragement and help from all the trainers make you feel very comfortable about working out there. Going to hiit it with britt has made me (and continues to make me) so much stronger-- physically and mentally. I'm so happy I found this place!
