Awesome gym with a huge variety of machines and workout and spinning classes in a great, convenient location in Westgate Plaza, so there is never any trouble getting a parking spot! They have a nice, clean locker room with showers which is key as well. I also have a fabulous personal trainer, Dillon, who has pushed me to work harder than I ever have, not only when we're together but also during my other days at the gym and in my nutrition plan. I've never made real progress on my body until I started working with him. On top of that he is super friendly and personable, I seriously look forward to my time with him every week (even though it kicks my butt). Plus it is all super affordable, even for a grad student like me! Highly recommend :D !

Such a great gym! Everyone is so welcoming and we all act like one big family :D I trained with Dillon Hassett for six months and HIGHLY recommend him. He pushes you when you need it and is always available for questions and encouragement.... and is hilariously entertaining! I've been a member for almost two years and don't plan on ever going somewhere else!!

Joined this gym the day i turned 18 and have been a member ever since! Great atmosphere, employees and trainers are ALWAYS friendly, and there are tons of different options for your workouts. The Group Ex classes are my favorite - the instructors know how to keep it fun while giving you a total butt kicking! Definitely recommend this gym over any other!

I joined this gym in 2012 and have had a great experience. Friendly and diverse membership, good variety of equipment, clean, well maintained locker room and courteous, helpful staff. I've also worked with several of the personal trainers and all have been highly professional, knowledgeable and totally focused on my health and fitness goals.

I joined Best Fitness when I started school in Albany and it was the best decision! They have every kind of equipment you could need, and a ton of great group fitness classes. Billy Lyons is my personal trainer at Best Fitness and he's awesome!
