My family and I have been blessed to have some great trainers in our corner. Fit Strength and Mark Bruce has been one of them. We have been with Mark for atleast six years. He has addressed many needs for our family from top performance as an athlete to achieving wellness as we age. Mark and his staff are cutting edge with their training and they work hard at staying up to date. Most of all He is a great human being and very positive. He has always taken the time check on all of us and talk with us.
I have never really worked out before and I had wanted something to help me get prepared for my upcoming season of training and volleyball at college. I have a few buddies who went to Coach Mark at Fit Strength Performance, so I followed. The entire summer of training was amazing. Everyone there is friendly and super helpful and they want you to succeed. Each session is tailored specifically for you, and I just can’t say enough good things about this place.
I have been training with Mark since 2015. His fitness outlook and attitude has provided me with both physical and emotional strengths, most recently through my first pregnancy. Watching him train with the youth in the facility is inspiring. He is patient and persistent with his regimen based on his knowledge and experience, not fads. I can only hope to have my little guy train with him if and when the time is right.
This is such a great place for young athletes and older adults looking to get into fitness. I love the format of the Strength Camp of one trainer leading a small group through a series of dynamic warm-ups exercises, functional weight training, and cardio mixed with weights at the end. I have gotten so much stronger and have ignited my motivation for working out again! My son also goes here and I have seen such improvement in his overall strength, speed, and agility on the volleyball court. The staff is great also!
Both of our kids have been training with Mark for more than 5 years. Mark's positive attitude and dedication to his athletes is truly outstanding! I can't say enough about what he and his staff have done for the kids. Whether your kid needs some basic training to improve health and wellness or needs some fine tuning to go from great athlete to sensational athlete...training with Mark and his staff is the best decision you can make!
Mark and JP are knowledgeable and encouraging. Our kid now loves to workout. He’s healthier and more confident because of Fit Strength.
Mark and his Fit Strength team have done an outstanding job working with my 10 year old son for the past six months. My son started with the FUNdementals program and begged to continue with semi private physical preparation classes. The individualized sports-specific training has helped his confidence, strength, agility, and balance on the soccer field. They also created a foundation for a healthier lifestyle without him even knowing it! We look forward to working again with Mark in the near future.
For the past several off seasons, fit strength performance has been a great resource for me to develop as an athlete. Whether it is help with injury recovery, improving explosion/quickness, or just getting stronger in general fit strength can meet those requirements. A very positive and focused environment provided by coach Mark Bruce is something that I think every athlete should experience.
Fantastic place for athletes and even old ex athletes like me. Mark is great with getting you set up with a program that is both very doable as well as challenging. Connor is excellent as a trainer. Very positive and helpful. They helped me get back on the path to fitness. You won’t be sorry if you join and get started.
